I recently had the pleasure of working with Jose from Zerorez San Antonio, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jose took the time to explain the cleaning process and how his company’s use of distilled water and certain chemicals were superior to those of competitors. He even went the extra mile by placing corner guards and ensuring that our home was in better shape than how he found it. I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend Zerorez San Antonio and Jose for their excellent customer service and work.

Great overall experience. The company was responsive and was able to clean my carpets and recliner the same day in an emergency. The tech (Jesus) was friendly and knowledgeable and was very efficient with his time. I would use them again for sure.

Zerorez sent Jesus to do our carpet cleaning and we were thoroughly impressed! He arrived right on time and walked the job with me. He explained what he could do for different spots and explained what to expect with each spot. Once my estimate was built and agreed on he got right to work spot treating first. He worked very thoroughly and quickly. We even had them clean our upholstered dining chairs and they look amazing!

Zerorez was amazing! They steam cleaned my giant sectional couch and it looks brand new! No small feat since we have a rescue pup who has had more than a few accidents! No bacteria, and looks beautiful! They also cleaned our tile grout. That had not been done since we built our house! Again, looks beautiful! Jesus was professional and worked diligently to make sure we were 100%satisfied! I will definitely use Zerorez again!!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. Jesus my technician was very knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed how he thoroughly educated me on rugs and was so friendly. Highly recommend this company. Scheduling was a breeze. I got tons of updates and got a phone call. 45 minutes before arrival. We weren’t sure if we were going to be able to keep the rug we had as it was extremely dirty, but it looks brand new.

We are very satisfied with the job that was done by Jesus P. He was professional and didn’t take very long before he was through. The carpet looked like new when he was done. Even the pet smell was gone. He was friendly and explained what all he had done when he was through. I felt the service was reasonable and affordable.

Kyle was very professional. Gave us all the possibilities, good and bad. Thanks to his very thorough job, the results were all very good. Carpet looks clean and “refreshed”. And the vinyl in the kitchen, utility and breakfast area looks brand new. Pricing is fair and very competitive for all the work done. We are very pleased.

I first used this company to clean my carpet before moving into my newly purchased home 2 years ago. The guy did a good job, and I was satisfied with the service and the price. I hired them again to clean all my carpet in mid-September. This time was even better. Jesus walked all of the carpet with a UV blacklight and found some pet stain areas that I was not aware of which needed extra treatment (the first time the guy did not do this). I was extremely pleased with the job done, and Jesus was wonderful! He was so friendly and helpful. Two days later my dog peed on the carpet in the master bedroom and my own carpet steamer was at the repair shop so I couldn't fully clean up the mess myself. I called the company and Jesus came back to do my bedroom that day! I was so impressed and happy to get it cleaned again so quickly.

Zerorez has been my "go to" for a few years now. They consistently do a good job! I have dogs and the oils from their fur discolor the carpet where they always lay. Kyle arrived right on time after I was home from work and he arrived very professional and respectful, shook my hand introduced himself explained everything that he was planning to do on all my carpets. He vacuumed 1st then proceeded to steam clean my very old carpets that now look brand new. I liked that he blocked off with the orange blocks the areas the huge hose was going through so my walls wouldn’t get bumped. What I liked was he used his own electricity from his van. Everything was connected to his Van and that meant alot to me and the price was affordable and I got a senior citizen discount and discount for working for government. Kyle was so honest and personable and I will definitely have him return. Anna the customer service rep was so kind to me that we carried on a great conversation as well also with Kyle. Best company ever and I’m not easily convinced all the time. You can’t go wrong with this company.

I used them yesterday and they will be my only carpet and floor service going forward. Kyle did an incredible job and my house looks new again. I have a very old dog who was sick on new carpet in my bedroom. They came out same day and he was able to do all of my house and area rugs. Kyle is very personable and professional. It is clear he has a passion for his company and won't treat you like a transaction like Stanley Steemer or other places. The equipment they use I could tell is top notch and they take care of your home. They did an incredible job and I can't recommend them enough. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
