Was struggling to get this pool back on track after all that pollen fell. Got a few tips from them and she’s almost back to crystal clear in about 24 hours! I’ll be buying my chemicals from them from now on for being so helpful.

Scott did an amazing job and cleaning our pool with the severe rain and wind storms, then blew the leaves in the pool. He is able to get everything cleaned out from the bottom along with the accumulated debris at the bottom of the pool thank you very much. we greatly appreciate it

Danny diagnosed our salt system issue working with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. He took the time to explain the issue and the corrective measures taken.
Very professional in his work. -
Call back on a newly replaced Pentair Boost Rite that was leaking from the silver portion which was covered under warranty. Fiesta offered to replace the boost rite pump again.
Jimmy seems very knowledgeable and helpful.
My one recommendation would be to call the office before you allow a chargeable service so you can get a correct quote. What I thought would be around $70 turned into $100 but they did give a military discount of 5% that brought it down to $95.00 for the labor for adjusting the inside of the actuator.
They communicate well and lead time was about a week both times I had them come out. -
Just moved into a home built in the 70s. Pool was neglected for a while. Turned out that it needed to be replastered.
Called Fiesta pools and Chris came out quickly to do an estimate. Was getting estimates from other companies at the same time and Chris was very patient with me adding and subtracting various services to get the pricing right.
Once contract was signed, they had their people out within a day to begin working on the pool. Had trim tile bead blasted on a Tuesday, which made it like new. Then more guys came out and prepped pool on Wednesday. On the SAME Friday, pool was completely replastered and looked stunning.
The plaster work was impeccable and everything was delivered as promised. In less than a week, pool went from unusable to pristine.
On the back end, I was working with Kaydee who was super patient with my calls and questions about invoicing and payment. They were flexible in how payment was made which took so much stress off of the whole process.
All the while, communication was great in terms of when people would be coming over to work. My wife and I were at work and our kids were home so it was helpful to know when to expect workers at the house.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with the work and service received so far. Would 10/10 recommend Fiesta Pool Services! -
Trevor has been excellent in his responsibilities with my slightly complicated pool. It has been a learning curve, but Trevor has been diligent and responsive. Thank you for your continued dedication.

Ryan does a thorough job cleaning and adding chemicals to my pool; he keeps it in top condition every week. Thanks for your great service Ryan!

Honestly, these guys are horrible! I hired them for maybe two months to maintain two swimming pools for my Airbnb homes and it’s been nothing but trouble the entire time. Putting aside the fact that people book my homes pretty much specifically for the pool… I have a lot to complain about. Their staff have been a nightmare to work with.

I introduce myself to him he was aware of the entrance gate and code, he was timely when I got the notification that he was on his way and he shared pictures of the before and after service that he provided I was very pleased with his work and neatness.

Mathew came out to help me remove my Polaris so I can get it fixed. He was very nice when I had an almost fall, ran to me to help me immediately.

Our pool has been green all year. We used the pool once since summer started, the rest of the time, the pool looks like this (see photo). Cancelled our 4th of July plans because of this.

Really? After $2k, 2 months, 5 “repairs”, lots of time, wasted water and chemicals, my pool is worse than before I called them. I’ve used this company under a different ownership but now it’s a mess. Starting with Gilbert, every time he came he sayid he finally fixed the pool, but it was all lies. Yesterday, he came again, after trying to reschedule, he said he forgot to ad a part and the DE kept going to the pool for more than a month, like he didn’t know all the trouble he caused. He said he fixed it and added more DE, but he didn’t. The pool is worse than when I called them 2 months and five repair visits ago. I wasted so much water because they kept saying there was no issue. I’m calling someone else.

Poolie is a great company. Jimmy is an awesome technician. I recommend the corporation for all pool related needs, but I suggest Jimmy be your primary diagnostician for your equipment purposes.

Vernon did a great job on the pool service…
Great and very friendly person..,also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions… -
SCAM COMPANY!! -5 STARS! Our pool was better before their did it. JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND HIRE ANY OTHER COMPANY . I mean DIY CAN BE DONE BETTER
Response to fiesta on reply:
I have pictures with dates on them right after you claimed that you done work .Why would I hire someone after you if like you saying you done good job? -
POOLIE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!! Poolie bought out Fiesta Pools in 2024, and has been trying to ride on their success ever since. Fiesta Pools was AWESOME!! Since Poolie took over my pool, I have had nothing but problems with lack of basic items (emptying skimmers, sweeping steps, tiles, etc.) The worst part is that the technicians leave valves closed, regularly, resulting in improper filtration and damage to expensive equipment. Chemical balancing is encouraged to be at the absolute minimum (a cost saving effort I am sure), only to have the pool turn green and full of algae within a day after they come (seriously!!) and then they want hundreds to fix. Gets better...pay them $500+ to replace your DE filter grids and the very next week, they tell you that suddenly your skimmers don't work and that they will need an extra $180 to fix. Best part, ALL that needed to happen was for them to put the skimmer flaps in the correct position, and it works like a champ!! I have since fired Poolie and found another company.

The staff at Fiesta Pools has been very patient and flexible with me while trying to coordinate for the hot tub at my occupied rental property to get serviced (drained/cleaned/refilled and chemically balanced). The tech did a great job; he was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable.

This company is top notch! Their work is impeccable and Vernon, who serviced my pool last, did an amazing job. I don’t have to worry about the pool at all, they take care of everything.
-
Poolie has been fantastic to work with so far. Everyone I’ve interacted with, including Tom, Aaron, and Vernon (I apologize if I’m forgetting anyone’s name), has been incredibly professional, kind, courteous, and punctual. Plus, my pool looks amazing!!

I saw the 5 star rating and thought “why not give them a try.” Yeesh! Not sure if they hired a different crew, but the crew seemed like they were not into their job that day. Lazy excuses and lack of thoroughness. The third picture shows the part before it was replaced, highlighting where it was leaking between the parts they replaced. They cleaned my pool three times after this, so they were aware that they hadn’t fixed the issue. The problem is that when I vacuum the pool, the dirt returns to the pool through the jets, and it still does that. They knew this because they cleaned the pool three times after they supposedly 'fixed' the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, they kept adding 8 lbs of shock, even though my pool only needs 2 lbs. I spoke with Chris, who said there’s a gasket that needs to be replaced and that he would give me another estimate to come out and replace it. He mentioned that the gasket is a completely different part, but he never recommended replacing it initially. Why would they replace the parts above and below it without suggesting that the gasket be replaced as well? Own to your mistakes and if you don’t have an answer ask someone on the team. Lack of transparency and honesty. Shame.
