They arrived within the arrival time window, for which I was grateful. Man explained the cleaning options that would benefit my carpet's longevity and appearance. They even have an enzyme treatment that will improve my home's air quality by deodorizing and killing dust mites, mildew, etc. I really appreciated the fact that they moved my furniture so they were able to clean UNDER the sofa, love seat and chair. The total cost ended up being substantially more than the original quote, but I was pleased with the service and treatments provided. My carpet looks and smells great!

Best Carpet Cleaning Experts did a great job in cleaning our carpets & gave us fair deal considering the size of the job. Showed up during the time frame given and was very thorough with his work. The only 2 reasons I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because different areas of the carpet feel stiff and look a bit matted (not the high traffic areas) after drying & while cleaning upstairs and using a spot & pet treatment that was “green” the cleaning smell was extremely strong & overwhelming that I could smell it downstairs within minutes of it being used that I felt I needed to get the kids & I out of the house. The carpets dried fine by next morning. I would recommend them.

They are definitely the best!!! They were able to revive what I thought was un-salvageable carpet. The stairs look amazing and the carpets in the bedroom look like new. The carpet guys were respectful and explained everything they were doing.There was no surprise costs or hidden fees, just good business. I highly recommend Best Carpet Cleaning Experts. These guys are really the best! They very punctual and detailed. We got the pet treatment that treats all the way to the sub floor. Very few carpet cleaners do it where not even the dog can smell it. Not only the carpet looks and smells clean but also the air in our entire house is easier to breathe. I sleep better now that I know all the nasty built up growth and bacteria is out of my carpets! Definitely recommend this company!

Best Carpet Cleaning Experts is all about customer service. I was not satisfied with the smell of my carpet after the initial cleaning (it may not have dried fast enough), so I gave them a call. I spoke with Mark and he said don't worry about, we'll fix it. Man came to my house the same day that I called and was very friendly and helpful. He fixed the problem at no additional charge. I recommend this company for their professionalism and customer service.

they did a great job in cleaning my carpet and they were very informative in letting me know that there was a possibility of the stains coming back because of how deep they were. they were very nice and finished the job quickly. i would most definitely recommend them!

There's a good reason why this company has so many good ratings. They're professional, friendly, and thorough. They cleaned and treated our 2-story house. Alex was the tech again. I was hoping this to be the case because of his professionalism from the very first visit. This is our second cleaning this year and I would recommend this company to anyone. I know that Alex is only one person but he is the only tech that I want to do our cleaning. He is just that good in our opinion. Honest and he has no hidden agenda. He was so friendly and courteous. He remembered us.

I requested a quote online and I got a call within 15 minutes. I explained my situation with pet odors and such. They explained the whole process so that I can know of what was to be expected to determine how much it was going to be so we scheduled for a next day appointment. We call Best Carpet out to take care of our carpets. They told us everything that needed to be done before the cleaning and explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable and experienced. They removed all of the stains and did a great job on my carpets. They were on time and very friendly. Their prices were also very good.

I was very pleased with Best Carpet Cleaning Experts. Mark was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed but he also gave his best recommendation based on the fact that we are renting the house. It was so refreshing to have someone who cared about us and not just pushing the most expensive thing - although it was clear our carpets needed it! Definitely will call again and highly recommend!

I have new furniture and carpet in my home and had some stains especially on the carpet from all the rain we have had and everyone in my house tracking mud and grease in. I looked on Google and found Mark from Best Carpet.I knew these guys have to be good when i saw just the owner had 30 years of experience. Called them out to my home to take care of my carpets and upholstery. Mark, the owner came out with one of his technicians and evaluated my stains and problem areas, then told me everything that was needed. They went into all the rooms, cleaned my carpets and everything else as if it looked brand new. I was astounded at the results. This guy and his team do a great job. I went ahead afterwards and purchased the carpet protection system because he showed me how it protects my carpets and fabric from stains. This stuff is amazing how it repelled water and dirt. I think i got a great deal and some of the best work I have seen done one my carpets. I am very satisfied with all of the work they did and could not recommend them enough. I will also be using them for my business office. Thanks for everything.
