Best Carpet Cleaning took really good care of us and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Their pricing is the cheapest we found in San Antonio and the outcome was amazing, the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 4 years and they are like new now. Our technician was very helpful and explained everything we had going on with our carpets. Highly recommend them to anyone and will return for future cleanings annually.

I left an online request and Mark responded almost immediately. They had appointments available the next day and were very prompt in their arrival. They inspected my carpet and gave different cleaning level options but were not pushy at all. They were in and out quickly and my carpet looks great!

Alex is beyond exceptional with cleaning upholstery and very dirty carpets. He was very personable and professional. Our home was rented out for 11+ years and had not been maintained by the property manager. The carpet downstairs was disgusting. And our sectional sofa was overdue after staining from our dogs and being shipped from MA. All and everything was cleaned to perfection. And the prices are very fair for the quality of work we received. I will use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

The technician, Fidel, was on-time, courteous, and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my items cleaned with little disruption to my work day (I work from home). Left a message at 10:30 pm and the owner called me first thing the next morning. They were available to come in the afternoon. Very fast service. I chose this company because of the excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. From the ease of scheduling to the amazing job they did on my carpet, it was stellar service. Alex, the tech who came to clean my carpet, was very professional and friendly. On top of confirming pricing with me before starting service, he let me know all about the products he was using, how they helped my carpet, and what other things I could do to extend the life of my carpet. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again!

We had several pet stains and pet odors in our carpets and called out Best Carpet Cleaning Experts after checking their experience and reviews. They showed up on time, their employees were courteous, gave us a full review of our carpet in the home first and explained everything which surprised me. I never get this type of service from companies ever. They did not try to rip me off on every little thing like others that have been here, but did let me know our tile grout was very dirty. We noted the issues and agreed and I let them go ahead and do the tile as well for an additional fee.

We paid a very reasonable amount compared to the other companies that had already been here previously and couldn't even get the stains or the smell out of our carpets.

Mark and his team went above and beyond to clean our carpets and got them all clean as well as the tile which looks like new. I will have to say that these guys did an excellent job and was very pleased with their service. There are no stains or smells anymore. The owner Mark knows his stuff about carpet cleaning and pet stains. He is the the best I have seen, I will tell you that. I even setup an appointment for 6 months later to get them cleaned. I will be using Best Carpet again for years to come!

Fidel notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival, and arrived during the time specified. He was courteous and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and did his best to make our 3 year old contractor grade carpet look like new. I will recommend Best Carpet Cleaning Experts to my neighbors and friends.

I only searched for a few companies and this was the only one I called and they returned my call within the hour. That says a lot about small businesses in San Antonio when in most cases many NEVER return a voicemail/ message. The quote over the phone was seamless and a no obligation to visit us and schedule service was very convenient and accommodating as all this was done a few weeks before Thanksgiving 2017.
Alex called and reminded us he was en route. Alex reviewed everything with my family and the estimate was just in line with the phone quote. The only addition was the enzyme additive which Alex assured me was highly recommended by them and also real estate agents.
Alex completed the task timely and was very professional and more than willing to educate us on caring for the flooring and carpet. I can say we probably spoke for over 30 minutes on the best way to extend the life of one's carpet.
