Revising my review - after thoroughly inspecting my recent 'white glove' service, I am seeking a refund for the service and the usual crew is no longer welcome. Yes folks, you are at the mercy of the crew that works your area. AHSA at my old house was wonderful; at the new house, not so much and not even worth the $/effort.

I have been using American Housekeeping services for over 10 years. I have never had any problems with their service and the best day of the month is the day I come home from work and they have been here to clean the house. I have never had any issues with broken items, missing items etc. great service.

We are very happy with American Housekeeping. The ladies are professional and friendly. My husband and I love the look and clean smell of our home. We highly recommend them.

We have been using this company for a few years now and have always been happy with them. We have our favorite Christine Medina and she always does a great job. If we have any questions or concerns they are quick to make things right. Would recommend!

I have used American Housekeeping for many years at two different homes and cant imagine life without their help. They always arrive on time and treat my home like their own. I can not begin to tell you how much this firm and their employees me to me. I began with them in April 2019 once a month and could not believe how punctual they have always been as well as thorough. In October or November 2019 my husband was diagnosed with heart failure and going down fast. I couldn’t think about preparing meals, keeping the lawn mowed and keeping the house clean all at one time and this is where they came to my rescue. I was able to have my normal team or on occasion a very professional temporary replacement on a weekly basis providing me the time to give my husband more closely needed attention while still taking care of my other responsibilities. My husband was in both intensive care and in hospital rehabilitation for more than a month. If God is willing my husband will be receiving a new heart valve in two weeks and life will be a lot easier having him healthy and at homes. I have used (and am still using) American Housekeeping since they started in business. It all started with being handed a flyer at my front door. They have been with me through 2 different homes and the teams they send are as nice, friendly, and professional as you will find anywhere. They go the extra mile. If you need a little something extra, just ask. If they can do it, they will. I have multiple cats and dogs and it is necessary to have extra help to keep up with the floors so that I feel confident to let my grandkids play without worry. During a long illness I had, they were there to pick up the slack and do the things that I wasn't able to. Give them a try, I am sure you will be pleased.

I have used AH for a year plus. I appreciate the call the day before and I have had the same head staff at my house each time. The staff arrive promptly for my cleanings and work quickly and efficiently. I feel it is imperative that we as clients respect the workers time by having our homes "picked up" and they in turn can just do their jobs efficiently.

I used American Housekeeping for several cleanings and had been satisfied with their work. Not happy, but satisfied. Recently, they came out for a cleaning and left an hour early and did a poor job of cleaning. When my wife called to complain, with a list of things that were either done poorly or not at all, she was cut off and told that the cleaning ladies who serviced the house would be sent back to complete the job. When I called back to inform them that we did not want them to send back the same ladies, that we would go with someone else to finish cleaning our home, I was informed that I was going to be charged the full price of a 2 hour cleaning. I did not think that this was right. I informed them of the complaints my wife and I had about the job, to which they stated my wife had only complained of 3 things. I informed them that they cut her off when she was making her complaint and that the list was a bit longer. Then I was told that they did not clean up too well because they encountered pet urine and spent a lot of time cleaning it. I do not have a pet. I have never owned a pet. I do not allow pets within my home so I had a difficult time believing that excuse. However, it was not until I informed them that they were charging me for 2 hours of work when the cleaning ladies only worked 1 hour that I was at first offered a $30 discount, off of a $140 service. I still did not think this to be fair. I asked to speak to a manager, to which I was then offered a 50% discount. I paid it so that I could be done with them. I was still forced to hire a second cleaning company to come in and do the job that American Housekeeping was supposed to have done in time for my daughter's birthday party. Extremely disappointed and will not be using their services anymore.

American house cleaning Has always done a great job for me! They are always prompt and thorough. One time the dog got out and the ladies chased it all over the neighborhood until caught it! The team who cleans my house do a nice job and are very receptive to special requests. Elsa is the lead housekeeper. We have established a special bond. She was extremely helpful during the time I was going through a health issue. I enjoy working with Elsa and the American Housekeeping team and would not hesitate to refer them to others.

We moved into a new home, but all upstairs flooring was replaced with hardwood. You can not believe the amount of dust they created. I was everywhere! During the install they even set of the smoke detectors when cutting the planks. So we planned for the worst and scheduled American Housekeeping for the whole afternoon. Were we suppericed that they got done 1 hour early. You need to know that we clean our floors on our hands and knees. So when I say, IT WAS CLEAN, that is what it was.
This was actually the second time they came to our house. The first time was a whole house cleaning and the results were fabulous. When owners move out a lot of “stuff” is left behind. No problem, they took care of it.
We normally do all our own cleaning, but with so much on our plate during the move, they saved the day!
Their pricing is very reasonable, and the staff friendly and professional and they bring all the cleaning products they need. Christine was our lead housekeeper. She is a great person to work with and if anything is not 100% she will go back until it is right.

I have been very pleased with the cleaning service of American Housekeeping. They arrive on time and seem to work in an efficient manner. There are always two or three people, and they do not waste any time visiting, so the job is finished in a timely manner. I appreciate their thorough as well as efficient work!

As a long time customer of American Housekeeping, I would highly recommend them for any of your house cleaning services. They are totally professional, leave my house spotless on every visit and I never worry about property loss. In fact, they are the only house cleaning company I have ever used and that's because they are so good, why would I ever want to change?

We have been using American Housekeeping for a number of years. They are always prompt and do a great job. The couple times we have had small issues, they have responded to them quickly and to our satisfaction. If we need to change to schedule for any reason, they will work with us to find an alternative date that works for both of us. We have never been disappointed.

Very disappointed, spoke with the manager about all the items that weren't touched. She agreed to sending a team out to clean again and still the same between the floors not being mopped or vacuumed. $350 for a quick wipe down.

American Housekeeping has been helping us with our home for quite some time now. We are always pleased with their work. My schedule is constantly changing, and the American House Keeping team is always really good about working with me and fitting me into a different time slots that works for me. If someone would ask me to ever recommend a housekeeping team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend American Housekeeping.

American Housekeeping is absolutely WONDERFUL!! For the past 3+ years they have been coming to our home. We would never even consider anyone else. The staff are true professionals by all means. We have had the same wonderful ladies (Marcela and Virginia) coming to our home for the entire time. It is very important to us knowing there is not a frequent turn over in staff. We are 100% comfortable! American Housekeeping is very affordable and it feels great coming home to a spotless house.
