I have been using American Housekeeping for several years and they always do an excellent job. The ladies are punctual, friendly, and great with my pets. They have also been very accommodating if I need to reschedule or want to add a service. I love coming home to a clean house, thank you for making life a little bit easier!

I have been a client of American Housekeeping for several years now and my experience has been fabulous. The company sends the same people to clean each month, so they learn about your house, which makes the cleaning better and better each time. My team - Marcella and Catalina - are simply the best. The company is accommodating if I need to reschedule or need particular work done. It all started with a flyer left on our door...

We originally planned to utilize American Housekeeping throughout my pregnancy until our daughter was born in April of 2015.

Well it's now July of 2017 and we haven't been able to separate from their services! The employees are very trustworthy and always deliver excellency.

From the onset, we have enjoyed and very much appreciated the dedication from the team monthly. The ladies have become a part of our family and have seen our daughter grow over the last 2 years. We highly recommend American Housekeeping!!!

The members of my cleaning team, Marcela and Catalina, are amazingly reliable and lovely ladies. I have been blessed with their services for a number of years; have never been disappointed and trust them completely. It is such a "high" to sniff the clean smell and see everything in order as I walk into my house after they have finished their work. Furthermore, the schedulers have been extremely (and graciously) accommodating on the few times I've needed to change my date or request an additional cleaning in the month. I would highly recommend American Housekeeping of South Texas. I hope you get as much pleasure from them as I do!

I was very displeased with the service, my floors were not mopped properly there was still gunk on it, my bath towel I've been using about a week now was shoved into my linen closet, not even folded legit just throw into my linen closet. My house was disheveled, when I called to cancel service same day they told me they would move stuff around to dust. My house was still dusty so not sure what was going on. I mean my son's bin which is normally outside his room was inside his room right at the entrance and other things were just placed somewhere, why not put things back after cleaning the spot????. Also my son's bed was not spread. I was surprised how quickly they left as well. I am very dissatisfied with service and would never recommend them.

I have been using American Housekeeping for somewhere close to 10 years. They are always professional, considerate and hardworking. They are good people!

I have used their services for at least eight years. American Housekeeping is more than worthy of receiving this 5 star rating.

American Housekeeping is great! From the wonderful staff that does a great job on my home to the scheduling of the service. I have been using American Housekeeping for several years and am very happy with their professionalism! 2 or 3 housekeepers will arrive and work hard and quickly. They always leave a pre stamped comment card to rate their work. The staff returns calls promptly and always patiently work with me if I have to adjust dates. Highly recommended!

I started using American Housekeeping about 3 months ago. I have never been disappointed. I walk into my house when the team has finished cleaning and it smells and feels gorgeous; it’s like Christmas every time. Much detail is given to their work. The communication between the AH staff and me is very efficient. And if I should happen to forget an upcoming cleaning date, I receive my reminder text. It makes me start smiling all over again!! We have had monthly cleanings by American Housekeeping San Antonio for the past year and are pleased with the service, for the most part.

They clean our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home once a month for $189/cleaning, which I believe is fair.

They are easy to communicate with via text to setup service and very polite. They provide comment cards after every cleaning so you can give feedback on what you liked or didn’t like and they’ll recalibrate.

The team that usually cleans our home does a great job, you can tell they have good attention to detail, passionate about their work and leave making our house smell bubbly fresh and clean!

The only reason for 4 stars is it depends on the team who services your house. I’m not sure they’re all created equal. I’ve had other teams who were just going quick and did an okay job but I wasn’t completely satisfied and they left with the house not smelling bubbly clean, dust and hair behind and the shower glass wasn’t cleaned well.

So I like when they send my normal team who does a good job consistently, but I’ve had times that due to scheduling I get another team and it’s hit or miss. The last new team that came though did a great job and even left a stamp on the toilet paper, which was a nice touch!

I think the company realized early on that I’m particular due to my comment cards and sent their best team maybe. Again, good communication and customer service. Would recommend them!

American Housekeeping did a superb job cleaning my home. They were friendly, fast and professional. It was so clean it looked like no one had been living there. 10/10 highly recommend!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time because every experience with American Housekeeping has truly been five stars. Their team takes such time and care with every detail, and it always shows in the results. I really appreciate how dependable they are, always on time, sticking to the agreed schedule, and very communicative throughout the process. On top of that, they work much more quickly and efficiently than other cleaning services I’ve tried in the past. Everything feels effortless on my end, and the quality of their work is unmatched. We just had our extra long curved driveway pressure washed by Progreen Clean. They did an excellent job and they haul their own water so no issue sprucing up your home even with restrictions.

They arrived on time. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job. Had my whole house cleaned and my back patio. Would highly recommend and will use again!

Jonathan is very friendly, efficient, and thorough. He has cleaned our driveway, sidewalks, and back patio area and they look beautiful! I would highly recommend his company to complete your project needs.
