Had carpet cleaning done today. Also had rugs done. They were able to come out quickly and communicated very well about when they would arrive.

Marlon was friendly. Took about two hours to do everything.

I'm very pleased with the results that I have received from Beyer Carpet Cleaning service. I called and was given a time between 12pm and 2pm for service to be started. Received a phone call from Enrique 5 to 10 mins before 12pm saying he was on his way. Once he arrived he measured the area to be cleaned and explained the cleaning process. The pricing is very reasonable and most likely the best pricing in the San Antonio Area. Enrique did a fantastic job on cleaning my kitchen tile and grout. See the pictures attached to this review to see the results. I highly recommend Beyer Carpet Cleaning service and Enrique for any of your Carpet, Tile, and Grout cleaning needs.

Five stars for this company! I was weary at first looking into carpet cleaning companies wondering if it’s even worth it but YES IT IS! Josh was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. Felt like he was a friend we’ve known for years. Carpets look and smell great!! Thanks Beyer carpet cleaning and thank you Josh for servicing our home!

I was impressed with the timeless of their communication and availability.
The pricing was very competitive. The technician was great and hardworking. This doesn't guarantee a successful cleaning as when any other service we all purchase. My issue was the terms. I went on a business trip for an entire week. With that said, there is no way to get one of the two rugs to get retreated on one spot. I had one other company perform the same service a few years ago and the service was done on my driveway. This service was done where the rugs laid. Not my recommendation and would just suggest understanding the terms in case you have concerns with the results.

Arthur was prepared and ready to work! Very nice young man, not scared to let him in. Very knowledgeable, friendly, not afraid of work! We kept adding additional rugs and he was not frustrated that we originally had only 3 rooms of carpet to clean. I am keeping Beyer Carpet Cleaning in my contacts and I'm sure I'll find more jobs!

I would highly recommend using Beyer for your carpet cleaning needs. We have four cats and two dogs, they did a great job getting rid of all of the smells and hair. Jay was our technician and did a super professional job and nice.

As he began to clean the carpet, he told us every single step explained every single step that he was going to do at the beginning and did a thorough job and was very careful when he brought the hoses into the house.
