The rescheduled appointment 4 time just give excuses NOT even Truth.
So we called them and told them about clean the AC vent and the carpet, firs time the send person I don’t think what he should do or what he should don’t?? He rescheduled for second appointment just he got go??? And 3rd time seam person came and he rescheduled because he says I have to buy some stuff to the vents? I told him you come to clean up and you don’t bring the stuff with you??? Unprofessional and he came 4th time and he didn’t do anything but he bring he’s invoice ??? I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Sergio was prompt to begin work but while installation took place he damaged me and my wife's vehicle by dragging material between them leaving deep scratches from front to back of both cars in my garage. I only noticed the damage due to the side mirrors being flipped back. I check out security cameras and sure enough it was caused by Sergio. Once I asked him about the damage he denied it until I showed the security footage. He said he was going to handle himself by coming out that weekend to buff out the scratches. He seemed trust worthy so I paid him for his work even though my flooring in hallway was now scratched up from his tools. Well a week went by and still handnt heard from him so called and he acted like he didn't remember who I was. After explaining everything and how could he forget he promised to go out that weekend. Well that weekend is now past as well and still nothing from Segio. He may do cheap cost work but that savings we got is now going to cost us repair work on our Lexus's and hallway flooring. The guy seems trust worthy but is far from it and don't care, he is just in it to make a buck and go. Watch yourself with REACO and Sergio !!!

Do these employees dig or look through green organic bins? Just asking. They stopped at my neighbors house and it looked like they were taking stuff out of the bin or maybe stopped to take the buckets that were by the bin, didn’t give me a chance to ask them, just took off when I walked towards them. I find that kinda odd considering they clean carpets. 🤔
