September 5, 2025 - Just had my windows done today by Julian and LV. Wonderful Job!!! So very pleased with the quality of work they did. Their customer service was great -- pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable of their work, they arrived on time, detailed oriented while displaying the upmost care of my property and home. I will definitely recommend Squeaky Dan to my family and friends. Kudos to Julian and LV for a job very well done.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and quick. Corbin came as scheduled, and did an excellent job. He was courteous, engaging and professional. The price was very good as well. I highly recommend Squeeky Dan.

I don't know how this place has such high reviews. This was my experience. A man came out to do a walk-through and give an estimate. For $600 they’d do windows (17) inside and outside, screens, tracks and power wash drive way, side walk. I gave the man my personal email and number for the invoice quote but I was never sent the invoice or information. It was only sent to the one they had on file and I didn’t have access to. The two men that came out for the job were very courteous and kind and even cleaned off an item outside at my request, however their work lacked luster.
Every window has dripping of dirty water, the tracks inside have bugs and dirt.
The windows that looked a little better still have dirt & grime in the tracks, inside and outside. There corners of the windows have a haze.
Where the power wash was done there are still stains.
I didn’t know how they were going to do so much work in such a short amount of time but when they left and I looked over things I realized how that was possible by doing a halfway job.
There’s even sponge and rag left in the street where they were parked.
I called and told the lady I spoke to, Destiny and she scheduled them to come back. I made sure to let her know my schedule and time frame.
They were scheduled to be at the house anywhere 10-2 on this particular day. The lady I spoke to was made aware that I have to leave 1:30 or 1:45. It was already 1pm and the men had not yet arrived.
I didn’t want them to get there and do their clean up in 20 minutes.
So, it going to be another reschedule for them to come and clean the all tracks, power wash some areas.
I will leave a follow up if and when they come out.
As of right now I am so not impressed.

Michael and Albert (the two man crew) let us know they were on the way, arriving within timeframe given. Crew were friendly, efficient and most importantly... did an amazing job! We had both inside and outside of windows done. They went the extra mile to explain why a couple of our old double-paned windows would need replacement. Can't rate the experience highly enough. We will definitely make this an annual event! Oh, and the cost was very reasonable.

I had Squeaky Dan’s Window Cleaning come out today to clean the exterior windows of my house. They sent over three guys—Albert, Fabian, and Clayton—who were extremely professional, fast, and efficient. They did an excellent job on the house! I also appreciated the 30-minute notification prior to their arrival. Highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future.

Squeaky Dan's did a great job at a reasonable price! Corbin & Brian were awesome! They definitely went the extra mile on customer service. They were also very informative and gave great advice on windows, window replacement, and screens. My plan is to use Squeaky Dan's annually now.

Julian, Fabian, and Isaiah were fantastic! Super professional, friendly, and hardworking. They showed up ready to go and didn’t flinch when they saw our noise abatement windows (which are ridiculously tough to clean). After recent construction left our windows dusty and even splattered with concrete, they rallied and got them sparkling. Our windows have never looked better! I also loved how well they communicated and worked together as a team - efficient, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. Solid guys!

Our fifteen windows and French doors of our two-story home needed cleaning, especially the five windows on the second floor facing west. These windows during the summer receive intense heat and light creating a film on the surface that we thought would be difficult to remove. We also needed to pressure wash our entire house, driveway, stoop, and patio furniture.

We researched companies and found one outstanding company with great reviews, Squeaky Dan. We made an appointment to get an estimate and the person who arrived to give us the estimate was the company’s namesake. Dan showed up on time and went over the property. Within the hour we received the estimate and were satisfied with the price and made an appointment.

Squeaky Dan’s Jonathan and Corbin arrived on time with all their needed equipment. They took their time and were thorough in power washing our patio furniture, brick, vinyl siding, driveway, our windows, cleaning their tracks, wiping the frames, and cleaning the screens. What an excellent job Jonathan and Corbin provided. They even cleaned the glass of our outdoor lamps, which wasn’t on the to do list. Our Acme Brick regained its vibrancy, the vinyl siding now bright white, and our windows, including the west facing windows sparkled. No more grime, spots, or filmy surface. Our windows are so clear, It’s like we have no windows. Thank you Dan, Jonathan, and Corbin. And yes, we highly recommend Squeaky Dan.

Our windows are soooo clean!! Beautiful job. Very prompt, very friendly and hard working! We feel awful that after they put back the windows, I had wanted the screens to be cleaned as well. But they were happy to do it and quickly worked that into their schedule. Can't thank them enough. Very trustworthy and will definitely be calling them again.

Michael and his crew did an outstanding job cleaning our floor to ceiling interior windows. They were timely, professional, thorough, and the results were perfectly clean windows. It felt like we were looking out for the first time. We have a view of the riverwalk from our apartment and we could see the fish from eight stories away. I give Squeaky Dan's Window Cleaning an A++. We will use them again!

Squeaky Dan’s crew does a superb job. They are trustworthy, very reliable and are super efficient. We always get our windows done by Andy and Lewis (usually) and for the first time used the power wash service and were super pleased.
