I've been calling and calling to see how my check amount was $346.07 but only $155.21 was deposited into my account. This was for a four day work week. My first weeks check was $144.68 with $133.61 deposited into my account. When I started I was told that the pay was from $450.00 to $500.00 a week. Lies!!!!!!! The only reason I gave them one star is bc u have to give them a start in order to post a review. They get zero 🌟 and 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 thumbs down!!!!

Leslie and Lily are the best team.!! I dont know what i would do without them. They are always on time and clean throughly thru out my house. They go above and beyond for me. Always love how my house looks and smell when they leave. Thank you girls for Everything. Your truly appreciated .

Excellent work from these guys. They pushed b us up in the schedule to accommodate a home appraisal for our soon to be sold home. The work done was excellent. The detail was great. We were very happy with the work done and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The Cleaning Authority has been taking care of my house for almost a year now. While I am a smaller customer, only having them come by every other week, they still do an amazing job every time they are here. Vicki and Michelle are here right now working to get my house in shape for a back-to-school party and I wouldn't have any other group helping me get ready for the event.

My wife contacted this business in late June 2021 and the location manager, Patricia, came out a day or two later to perform the cleaning assessment. My wife contacted Patricia on July 2, 2021 to move forward with scheduling services and was told by Patricia that she would work on the schedule and follow up with my wife. After a week of no communication, my wife decided to reach out to Patricia again via text and did not receive a response. When my wife was able to get a hold of her a couple of days later via phone, Patricia said rudely that she was not in the office but would call my wife once she was back. No return call ever came. It is now July 19, 2021 and we still do not have services scheduled nor have we even received feedback from Patricia. Aside from the unanswered texts and calls, twice Patricia has promised to call us back and twice she has left us hanging. We have decided to pursue another company for our needs. This is terrible customer service and professionalism from the person who is supposed to be the leader of this location. The franchise owner should address this immediately.

We love the Cleaning Authority. The reason is out cleaning team, Theo and Angela always do a great job on our home.

This team works around our dogs and let’s them in and out and out pups love them.

With both adults in the home working they make our lives so much easier.

Leslie and Lily have been cleaning our home weekly for more than 3 years - we've moved in that time and requested they continue to be our team because they're so great. We love that "Wednesday feel" as we've come to call it - the house is spotless, we're happier, and then we go out to dinner to get just a little more time in a clean house.

Theo and Angela N. of TEAM #10 clean my home. I can't say enough wonderful things about them!!!!! They clean wonderfully, are always very pleasant, and try very very hard to please. After completing a room and before leaving they always ask me to check to be sure everything is as it should be. They are absolutely trustworthy also. Again, I love having them and hope to always have them.

I have been using CA for about 4 years or so. They always arrive when they say they will. The girls are very pleasant and do a good job. Erika is one my regular girls and she has been with me since I started. She is very good at ensuring anyone who is with her is hatted and does a good job. It is a shame that ex-employees get on the internet and disparage good companies.

I did not have a good experience with this service. The scheduling was easy, the rates were good, and the team showed up on time. The lack of professionalism made this a bad experience. Jeanette was on the assigned team and she spent the majority of the time sneaking on her phone, complaining about her supervisor, and I even caught her taking pictures of my home. I felt so violated. When I confronted her, she rolled her eyes and told me that she was the leader of the team. After service, she left cussing and loudly complaining about me. Her other team member, Naomi, was great. I have since tried another cleaning company and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. It is a shame that this one person ruined the entire experience. I guess good help is hard to find.

We have been using them. For the past few months and we have been very happy. They are thorough and there is a clear understanding of what is and what is not cleaned. Our people are great, same people every week and they have done a great job. Tasha and Marcia are very kind courteous and hard working, all invaluable attributes in an employee as well as greatly appreciated by us. Thank you to them as well as The Cleaning Authority for their services.
