If I can be real honest. It's been a while for me to found a great service like hoodz. The technician Luis has perfect job ethic and service attitude. If you are looking for hood cleaning service do not call other, but call hoodz to schedule you Louis! If there is 10 star for review, he provided 10 star service!

DO NOT USE! We had repairs and cleaning done on our hoods. The repairs were not done when originally scheduled and then they were done piecemeal. The cleaning was done, but we had to have another vendor come redo the work within 21 days. The mess they left behind, inside and outside, had to be cleaned up by our staff before we could open for business the next day. And if you don't agree to pay the invoice, they threaten to file a lien on your business. STAY AWAY!!!

We can absolutely afford good cleaning . . . we have done it every quarter since we opened six years ago. And minimizing the mess your workers left . . . my staff was shocked at the amount of mess your crew left . . . that has never happened in the past six years. Our hood system has not been neglected . . . EVER! I don't want free services, just don't like having to pay another $850 to clean our hood less that 3 weeks after your company cleaned it . . . supposedly. And we called your company the very next morning after the cleaning - THAT'S WHY YOU HAD TO SEND A SUPERVISOR!!! The owner even told us you don't have the staff and had to reschedule our job twice. I understand good staff is hard to find these days, but don't turn this around and try and make it the customer's fault.

Punctual and fast! The best in the game

Had a really good experience with Grease Police. They showed up on time, were very respectful, and got everything done pretty quickly. Pricing felt fair, and I like that they offer subscription discounts plus an autopay discount, which helped a lot. I was even able to get a tax exemption because of the subscription, so overall it ended up being a win-win.

Also really appreciated how easy they are to reach. They actually pick up the phone quickly, which hasn’t been my experience with other grease services. Communication and customer service were prompt and professional.
