I hired them for a deep clean, but I honestly can’t tell what they actually did. Many surfaces were still untouched. For the price they charge, I expected a professional level of detail, not what looks like a quick 20-minute wipe-down. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

I just paid $205 for the Gold standard and I did not receive Gold service!!! I just found out from my renter that the following items were not cleaned:
*Toilets were not cleaned under the cover and lid.
* Bathtubs had mats from previous tenant and the worker cleaned around the mat.
I found out after the worker got there, failed to respond to my email asking if they cleaned the ovens inside before he showed up, (but he received my money) that the gold standard does not include cleaning the inside of the stove. He said he just does not like to clean ovens. If this is the case, then list that in the items not covered for the gold package.
I NEED these items addressed ASAP. I paid a lot of money for sub-par work. I am not happy!!!!!

Okay so I was looking for a reliable affordable house cleaning service and my oh my did I find it. Let me start off by by saying this is the BEST cleaning service I have ever used ! I have used plenty of house cleaning services here in the San Antonio area and I was never really satisfied with the cleaning my property received. This company was referred to me by one of my colleagues that was very happy when they cleaned her property and since I had horrible experiences with other cleaning companies I was hesitant on hiring another one , I figured I can do it myself. Boy was I wrong lol. I finally decided to give A Affordable home cleaning a shot and man that was the BEST decision I have made. My property look like something from a magazine, it was cleaned so good I couldn’t believe my eyes. They go above and beyond and really exceeded my expectations. Mr.Fred , is one of the most respectful people I have ever done business with and he really cares about the work he puts out and pays attention to detail. My name is Teri Jackson-McAfee. I recently used their services here at A-Affordable Home Cleaning and I gotta tell they are the most professional cleaning service that I've used so far. I had my home power washed, my carpet deep cleaned, and also my home cleaned (windows cleaned as well). they are friendly and really love what they do. I am recommending them to everyone that i know.

Called and spoke directly to person Aaron explained that Dazzling Clean put me on the run around for two weeks. A- Affordable has already withdrawn the money on Sunday and scheduled was Monday 9 am. So Aaron says I’m first on the books and there is no foreseeable cancellation. 10 minutes before appointment Drey calls to tell me he’s canceling my appointment because he has other priorities. I have put off having furniture I paid for delivered week after week because of the unprofessional culture at Dazzling Clean and now A Affordable shows the same distasteful quality. I’m in tears because they took $100 and can’t keep my appointment. I will never use them again and will tell all who listen not to as well.

This crew does a wonderful job cleaning my home. They are dependable and responsive to my needs. A-Affordable Home Cleaning just completed a make-ready for a rental house I own, and cleaned the carpets too. Thorough and professional!

DON'T DO IT!! I just can't recommend for what you get compared to other services I've used, though the booking was simple and the cleaner was friendly, what is advertised as a “move out” cleaning is the minimum ( mopping and whipingbdown surfaces) for $250... Still crumbs on the ground and didn't attempt to clean shower tiles. Another weird part for me is he turned off the fans that were on when I left but didn't clean them. There's a reason you pay before the service begins and you’d be better off using taskrabbit or another service if not just doing it yourself. I hope this review helps someone make good choices.

As a military member PCSing, I really have to hand it to this company. These guys were so amazing! They came armed with the best cleaning solutions and equipment. The pricing was extremely affordable and well exceeds other local home cleaners. Got my whole home cleaned after we lived in it for 4 years and these guys made the home look and smell like the day we moved in. Extremely friendly and exceptionally detailed! Make sure to call them if you live with a housing community to get a significant discount.

A-Affordable Home cleaner are the best. I went through several companies before I found them and they by far outshine those companies. They are prompt, reliable, trustworthy, easy to work with and pet friendly. Our dogs actually love the cleaners so we never had to worry about having to put them out during cleanings. Our house was always cleaned well with their standard bi-weekly service, but I would also add detailed cleanings here and there which were great. We will be moving out of state and I am so sad we can’t take them with us!

They were easy to book and available, but I paid 278$ for this. I’m a nurse and I don’t have a lot of time…this was hard earned money. I was just trying to balance taking extra shifts and getting work done around the house. I’m honestly heartbroken. I shouldn’t have taken the extra shift. I should’ve just spent my day off to clean myself. I even paid specifically for deep tub scrubs, floor cleaning, and ceiling fan cleaning this was the result. I have company coming tomorrow. I’m embarrassed I even tried this.
