This is a nice and homely place that was very well put together. I enjoyed the smell of the Christmas trees they had on stock. The way they had the flowers and other arrangements set up were easy to scan the aisles and gave that overview of the whole garden. Customers were easy to talk to so it was an enjoyable experience. Staff were approachable and were prepared to answer my questions. 😃 Friendly service with a smile, had a good feeling after I left the store kinda made my day a little better.

The manager crystal has a terrible attitude and poor ethics. She rather skirt around ambiguous policy rather than provide a good customer experience. Definitely will be returning my purchases and never shopping here again.

Every visit to lowes is like walking in the desert no one around to assist, the employees see you looking lost and they walk faster to get away from you, I wonder what were they hired for the customer is the purpose the store was built 🤔 customer satisfaction is first step it up guys. You do have competition home depot.

Called and they came out early next day and removed a tree and flushed out the ground real nice for us. No hassle just good honest work.

I called him with questions about my oak trees, he picked up on the first ring, answered my questions and has a line I can text him photos. This is a great operation.

After hearing positive about Israel from a fellow neighbor I called him for an estimate his professionalism impressed me he was to trim a tree in my front and back yard he did a great job cleaning up and even cleaned my rain gutters as he said he was already up on the roof and didn’t charge. Give him a try you won’t be disappointed.

Israel was very helpful and knowledgeable in trimming my 5 large trees in my front and back yard and answering any questions I had. I would definitely refer him to anyone. Competitively priced and on time!

Israel took advantage of my elderly grandmother! He quoted $875 for a service and when it came time to pay he hovered over her in her kitchen and TOLD her she owed him $6,100!!! He didn’t even complete the work she paid for. He didn’t provide a statement of service, still won’t give us one, and the address he has for his company is a lie. I wouldn’t be surprised if he does this to other elderly people who don’t have access to Internet to post the truth! Or maybe his company is a lie and he’s evading taxes! Do not use his service and do not support such a fraud! Oh, forgot to mention he played to my grandmother’s vulnerability by telling her there was 17 snakes living with a possum in an area he was working on (since when did they become friends)!

Update: we filed a claim with the county and they were unable to locate him or his company to serve him the papers. My dad who’s also a police officer said the name he uses and the address of his company do not match. He’s not registered with the BBB and the foundations he’s “associated” with don’t hold any value in trying to get information to help you. If you use his company just be cautious and don’t leave vulnerable people around him when it comes time to pay.

They did an amazing job on getting the ball moss and raising the canopy on our trees. They look fantastic. The job took longer than either them or is anticipated because we had let them go too long. We will definitely use Israel and Healthy Oak Trees again.

After several weeks due to weather delays, the dead mesquite tree was removed completely and they did a great job. Unfortunately, they also quoted a deck and pergola which was very over-priced. I felt that when I didn't agree to go forward with the deck and pergola, the original agreement to bill me for the tree removal changed. I began feeling very pressured to pay for the tree removal before I had even seen it completed and when I told him I would get back to him on payment the next day, he arrived at my door demanding payment at that moment. In my opinion, it was very unprofessional to state that he would bill me and show up at my house unannounced the next day. I would not use this company again even though the actual tree removal was done well. Unfortunate that it was handled this way.

On Easter Sunday during those high winds and gusts, a large branch on my tree in the backyard broke and fell into my other tree. My son and I spent all day Monday and half the day Tuesday trying to cut this branch down so it did no more damage to my property. It was too much for us. I took to NextDoor and found a company with great reviews. Healthy Oak Trees by Israel Flores, came out Tuesday evening to assess what happened. The next day he had an invoice ready and cleared the debris from my back yard, then on Thursday came out again to cut down the whole tree because the underlined problem was rot in the tree that made it weak. Israel and his boys were very polite, knowledgeable, and understanding of my situation as an elderly woman. I did not feel like I was taken advantage of and he explained every step to me calmly so I wouldn't worry. I'm now hiring him to help me get my outside property ready for when I sell the house.

We recently had Israel help us with a few tree removals and also some much needed tree trimming. Israel is certified by the city making him extremely knowledgeable about the city regulations and also the subject matter in general. He took a look at our pear tree and was able to spot that a weed tree was growing intertwined with it hence the reason for the subpar fruit being produced. After having some samples tested from the tree, it was evident and sad to say there was not much life left in the tree. Israel also had some great recommendations to solve some of our other yard problems. The work was great, the price was fair, and he was very flexible. We will definitely be using him and his company Healthy Oak Trees for future projects.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a company. We are brand new to San Antonio and the trees at our new home had been very neglected. Isreal was recommended to me by some people in our neighborhood and I couldn't be happier! They were extremely professional and went above and beyond our expectations. They took care of our palm trees and 3 huge oaks in our front yard and made them look brand new! They gave a detailed estimate before starting work and it was very reasonable. They even cleaned up so well after themselves that it looked better than before they showed up! I can't recommend a better service!!!

My experience in dealing with Israel has been the utmost worst. I hired him to remove some trees and bushes around the house back in April and it just turned out to be a nightmare dealing with him. Not only is Israel very unresponsive, but he is extremely unprofessional for leaving the job hanging for months on end.

Right from the beginning there were bad signs, the job was initially scheduled to start on Friday, but it got pushed to the following week because of “issues” on their end. Then when they did show up for the job, they only cut the trees and bushes rather than removing them completely, as was agreed upon. They asked for payment and promised to come the following week to take care of the roots and stumps. Given their high rating on google, I didn’t think there would be any fowl play on their behalf. But, 3 months later, I am still waiting for them to return and finish the job. I have contacted Israel countless times within the last three months; either he just does not respond to texts/voicemails or has an excuse like he’s sick or has COVID. There is no end to his list of excuses folks; I know because I have heard them all from him.

I have never in my life seen such unprofessional and uncaring attitude from a business owner. He knows how to talk when you meet him, but don’t be fooled, it’s all just talk and no action. Hope he feels good for stealing my money and wasting all my time trying to contact him to finish the job.

We hired Israel to help clear out an overgrown landscaped area with two palms and to create a concrete patio with pavers. Due to it being an almost 100 year old house we unfortunately hit a lot of problems throughout the project as well as weather delays and COVID 19 delays but Israel kept us aware of everything that was going on and did his best to save us time and money! He even trimmed some of our trees for free and helped us out with an electrical issue that was discovered while completing the patio. He and his team were always professional and courteous
