I highly recommend Ray for all your pressure washing pump and motor needs. I showed up to get a few repairs he responded extremely quick and had me come the same day to help me out. Not only did he ask me the use of my equipment and make proper repairs AND modifications tailored to my needs he also offered a seminar that helped me understand everything as I’m starting a business with this equipment and new to everything pressure washing related. With the seminar: He helped test all my equipment , Went over the various parts, features and functions that make up my equipment , Showed me the proper practices and procedures for care and use of my equipment, Taught me how to do minor repairs for commonly encountered issues, And even went over pressure washing techniques & recommended products, oils, etc.

I had a good experience at PTPW he diagnosed the problem to my pressure washer and fixed within 30 minutes he also fixed my recoil at no charge. I recommend this place to anyone

Can't say how great this company is. I needed my power washer fixed, because I was in a bind to get my place looking good for a party this weekend. When I called Ray, he asked how soon I needed it and I told him real quick. He was out of town but right away he contacted me with one of his guys Mauel. This guy is so friendly. He asked me to bring it over the same day. That night Mauel texted me to let me know it had been fixed. I picked it up the next day. Great job Manuel and thanks again for all your help.

My pressure washer has been sitting for about a year. The owner was nice gentleman and had my machine up and running within 24hrs. Complete tune up on my machine for a good price!
