We appreciated Mark with We Clean Carpet!! He was prompt, knowledgeable about the product and process, and diligent. We're so happy that our rugs and carpets are free from cat pee, cat hair and dirt!!!!! YAYYY!!!

Found “we clean carpet”, after a quick google search. Was able to get next day service for my couch, chair and ottoman at a reasonable price. Pictures don’t do justice being I didn’t have a before to share But trust me they just saved me 1800 on a new living room set. Thankful that I can hold off for a little while longer. They are clean and have a fresh scent. Would definitely recommend.

A company in business since 1960’s yet they’re out here applying the wrong cleaning solution on the wrong fabrics. How? Idk. But my couch has turned colors after this service, worst condition than before I called them. No ounce of trying to make it right from the manager he has a voicemail setup and never calls back. I need my $$ back at this point. I was charged extra even on the day of service yet my couch is terrible. Waste of time & money.

Don’t use this company , website says free estimate and it give you a price once they arrive they triple the price , customer service is horrible agent was yelling at me customer and technician very unprofessional and DONT NOT HAVE A WORD OR ABIDE BY THE PRICE GIVEN , FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
Very aggressive and demanding you get the service done when website states free estimate .

They said there no size limit as long as it’s not the size of a football field and once they showed up said no there is a size limit .

They were fast and the technician was very professional and thorough. My only complaint would be the office still has not emailed me the receipt. I’ve made several request, left several voicemails and still have not received it . Yes I checked my spam

I paid 3 times the estimated price, I moved the furniture back prior to Mark’s arrival and exposed the high traffic areas.Mark did a great job there , real professional. Suggestion. Inform the customer on the customer that the price could be $300 , not $ 100, better prepare the customer for reality. Of course that lead to fewer customers. Thank you Mark,

Mr. Mark, R. since the beginning went above and beyond to meet my time, schedule and expectations with the service. The family were hone during the process, I came in afterwards and I immediately noticed the difference staring at the first entry stairs. I immediately knew, I had made the correct choice to clean my carpet, and the company had the right man for the job as well.

He was very knowledgeable and let us know the best option. No one likes spending money during the holidays so that kinda sucks but this service was very much needed, due to our apartment complex not cleaning the carpet correctly! Already smells better after the service. Hope it stays that way!

I saw the ad come across my iPhone and was going to fill out the form but decided to call. When I did, I was able to get an appointment the same day within a few hours. Johnnie came and did a fantastic job on cleaning my stains out of my carpet. He explained everything with regard to the base prize plus the cost of the chemicals and the scotch guard which was reasonable so we had him give us the works on that carpet. It’s an off-white carpet and he made it look good as new. Highly recommend this company and the Gentlemen named Johnnie that came to clean our carpet

This was an exceptional service. From the moment arriving he was professional and very knowledgeable about what was needed for the perfect clean. Fast service with amazing results. Most definitely will be using again in a few months for some upholstery cleaning and tile cleaning. A1 service!

Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and scheduled a 6-month reminder for a future cleaning. 3 rooms took about 40 minutes and my carpets look great. Additionally, If you have pet stains, be sure to ask Mark about the best way to neutralize and breakdown those substances. Finally, I recommend you call if you need a fresh, clean look and smell.

Best service experience ever. My tech Johnny was a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Cleaned 4 rooms an area rug and even fixed a patch of carpeting missing by door threshold. He knew home builders usually leave spare carpet in the attic and he found it. Fix the damaged area like new. Fantastic 5 stars all day. I checked Stanley steamer and they would have charged the same price without the carpet repair for identical service. Extremely satisfied
