Absolute GARBAGE and TRASH!!!!!!!! Have no respect for your time, always late, never call when they are running late.

Will have you waiting for 4-5 hour time frame window and then not say they are late and have you waiting a next 2 hours. Rude employees who are not willing to work with you with your schedule but flat out make you wait 4-5 hour for them only to be late. Disgusting DON’T EVER hire them!!! They will agrue with you too!!!!

I love this company. The service is super professional and carpets come out cleaner than expected. The smell of your home is so fresh when you walk in the home the first time after carpets are cleaned and it lasts a long time.

I use them for work to complete our vacant home carpet cleanings. They do a great job! Fair pricing and will come back if needed. I have also used them for ozone and fogger for pet and smoking odors. Our initial service was quoted at $69.00, but when the technician showed up (an hour and a half late) out quote went up to $140.00 for additional enzyme treatment for pet urine. The technician took approximately 15 minutes cleaning the area rug and left promptly, he told us that the rug would take approximate 2 hours to dry and then we could bring it back in. The rug did not dry in 2 hours but we did bring it back in. The urine smell intensified after the "clean" and now it smells like chemicals and stale water as well. When we tried to contact the company for a solution, they told us about their contract, which they did not make us sign, and their non-refund policy even though their website clearly states "We will get your carpet or upholstery clean or your job is FREE!" Well my carpet is by no means clean and free of smell. After browsing through their website expensively in search of this contract, I was unable to find it, or any clause quoting their non-refund policy for that matter.Their costumer service representatives and location manager were rude on the phone and not helpful at all, to the point where our calls would be instantly rejected or sent to voicemail. The one time I managed to get the manager on the phone, he immediately hung up after I told him what I was calling about. I wish I had read their reviews before hiring them.

This is my 4th time using this company . Mark is very professional. Does a great drop and is very reasonable price wise. I plan to keep using them. They cleaned my 2 couch, a rug, and my dining room chairs. My couch is 14 yrs old, and he makes it look new again! That's with 6 kids and 2 cats lying on it, eating on it, and spilling whatever on it. Thank you, "We clean carpets.

Extremely professional and courteous! Exceeded all expectations. Their response time was incredibly fast—I booked an appointment, and they arrived within the hour. Highly recommend!

Mark worked on a one room carpet & rug plus a sectional for the 1st time. He explained that when booking online, ensure to read the disclosures before signing because prices are subject to change once they analyze the carpet in person. My quote started at $140 and ended up paying $265 😬 So, yes, please READ thoroughly before signing anything. Mark did a good job. His character is a little rough but remains professional. I bought my own carpet cleaning machine a few days ago to help me save $$.! 🙌

Excellent job, we knew some of our kids rooms would be difficult and he did the best he could and everything looks and smells so clean! Would recommend and will use them again!
