Chalker Tree Service came to my home, on time & with the tools & personal to get the job done. They were professional & efficient. The entire crew was friendly and respectful. I will call them again for any tree service I need.

The team came out today and did a fantastic job with our live oaks. One is in a pretty challenging place with relationship to the pool. I could not be more impressed with the job they did. They cleaned up everything and I'd recommend them without question.

After a huge storm, I had 2 VERY large limbs hanging on by a thread dangling over my garage. I had no idea how they were going to handle this without doing damage to my garage. These limbs were hundreds of pounds. They did it without hurting a thing! Not only that, but I had tree debris all over my driveway from the storm , and they cleaned all of that as well. Best of the BEST!

I had a consulting appointment with Brandin Chalker this afternoon. He was very informative to the issues the Live Oak was having and provided reasonable explanation of remedies, not only for the tree but for my budget. I really do appreciate the time spent examining the tree and giving options at a later date to move forward with Bill Chalkers Tree Service.

Bill Chalker's Tree Experts were very professional from beginning to end. I was looking for someone to come out and just trim the tree away from my roof and raise the canopy of the tree. Tom from Bill Chalker's came out, listen to what I wanted done and explained to me exactly what he would do and when he could schedule me to get it done. At a very reasonable price! He even gave me a military discount on top of that reasonable price! Where other companies had come out and offered me an inflated price and then tried to justify it by itemizing every little thing they were going to do. They even tried to upsell me on things I did not want done. When Tom and his team showed up they were careful, fast and cleaned up all the debris afterwards. They even came back and used a blower to pick up what they couldn’t get by hand!!! I would highly recommend Bill Chalker’s Tree Experts to anyone looking for an honest, professional and fast tree service.

Had two trees removed (one in the back and one in the front) and the removal of the trees was good but the grinding of the stumps is when things took a turn. The one in the back was done well and we were able to get the hole filled shortly after. The one in the front however was only partially done. We gave them a call to make a second trip to finish the job. They made it back out about a week or so later, and it was still not completely removed. We have tried to call, text, and have left messages to see if they can finish the job, but with little or no communication back. That's the part that I'm most upset about. Now it's been almost 2 months since we started this process with over a month of us calling with a lack of communication from them. I'm upset we now have to have pay another tree company to come out and finish the job. Will update if anything changes, but I fear nothing will.

Brandin is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The staff did a fantastic job pruning, de-mossing and going the extra mile to clean up afterwards. Kudos to Juan, the tree climber!

I needed an evaluation of some trees for possible infestation or infection. Brandon Chalker looked at all my trees and told me what was going on with them. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me some specific recommendations for some of my trees that I could do myself and didn't try to sell me expensive services I didn't need. I would, however, use them in the future for my tree service needs.

NEVER USE this company. They are not sealing oaks as they cut which spreads oak wilt that is taking over our area and killing our majestic oaks. And they are very hostile and saying they do not care.

Brandin clearly understands tree care and how to properly prune and care for trees. We've had them out twice to check on our five live oaks and two ash trees.

I'm very nervous about tree trimmers due to a previous bad experience and they were very polite about my supervising their workers while the work was being done.

This company is a joke!!! I have never experienced such a unprofessional company like this one in my life. They didn't know what they were doing, and I now have a magnolia tree that is a memorial tree for my baby I lost at the age of 18, that is dying!! They brought it in and planted it 2 years ago, plus some rose bushes that should have never been planted in Garden Ridge, with all the deer. The deer ate all my roses, and my yard was a disaster. I paid a lot of $$$$$$ money for the services, and I have nothing to show for it. They didn't even have the decency to call me back to check with me after they were done. They never called me back. I finally was able to get a hold of the brother of the original guy I talked to that did the work. Well, he didn't have a lot of good things to say about his brother. What's that tell you??? Very unprofessional company!!! I can't believe they are still in business. I suggest that before you go with a company for services you need, that you read the reviews and check with several companies before settling on the first one you talk to. They have never made anything right!!

Gated property and told the owner (son) trucks could not make it through gates. Workers disregarded and rammed through gates anyway, knocking steel posts loose. Then parked massive trucks on top of sprinkler-heads. Broke one head off. Supposedly gave me a "discount" for paying cash but after they left, I found all kinds of cut limbs etc thrown under bushes, or left in piles not easily seen. Found one tree not even done. Called several times for them to return and finish the job. By paying cash, I couldnt prove they even did the job, or cancel check/transaction. Not only did they NOT return, the son stopped answering my calls.

I hired Bill Chalker’s Tree Service for palm tree pruning and skirt removal. Not only did they offer a substantial Active Duty military discount, but they also accommodated my busy schedule by finding time to perform the job within three days of Brandin’s estimate! To put this in perspective, the first available opening was approximately two weeks out from the time of the estimate; however, I was looking to have the job complete within 7 days. While this may not be possible in every circumstance, they were able get me scheduled for service on short notice. Tom and the service team arrived early, and they were able to prune, shuck, and clean up within an hour’s time.

Overall, I would recommend this group to anybody in search of tree care from courteous professionals. From start to finish, Bill Chalker’s Tree Experts provided quality, affordable service in a timely manner.

My small back yard has two big oak trees, crepe myrtles and a mountain laurel that were all growing into each
other. All was pruned back, dead limbs removed and raised the canopy of the trees. I am very pleased with the outcome. The appearance of my yard is open and balanced again. They did an awesome job, all limbs and debris
were removed when finished. I highly recommend you give Brandin a call and help spruce up your trees!!

We interviewed about 5 companies before deciding on these guys. We chose them because they appeared professional and descent people. We have about 50 trees in our yard (Hollywood Park) that had not been trimmed in quite a while. They took about two days, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. They called to follow up and we've had many people comment on how great the yard looks. Reading some of the negative comments, it sounds like they weren't working with the same company I was.

Brandon and the crew did an excellent job on ours trees. He was very knowledgeable about issues related to our trees conditions. Great cleanup after the job. Highly recommend!

I had three trees trimmed by these guys. They came out when they said they would, exceeded my expectations and cleaned up everything (there was no mess left on my property... besides the trees looking great, I could not even tell that they were here). I highly recommend this company for any tree work that you need completed. Side note: they are a locally owned company by a second generation family member. Shop Local and support this business!

The trees on our property are what attracted us most when we were deciding on which home to purchase... But we had really failed in keeping up with their maintenance. In the span of several years, the trees and hedges had become embarrassingly unruly. Enter Bill Chalker's Tree Experts. Their quote was very reasonable and we were comforted by their knowledge of the variety of oak trees on our lot. We decided to go with the Chalker team and we're glad we did. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, checked in to make sure we were satisfied with heights of hedges, etc. They brought life back to our yard within 3 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a trace other than how pretty my trees look. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Professional, very knowledgeable, and cleaned up the worksite beyond their own debris. We had a fungus on our beautiful large Red Oak and Brandon was able to diagnose and recommend a treatment to save the tree.
