Waiting for Bob to refund my money for poor business

Very responsive to my need of removing my tree. Good communication and professional.

Bob left me high and dry on a job. Doesn’t answer his phone, doesn’t call back after I’ve left voicemails. I’ve already paid and am out $2,375.87. Don’t trust Bob.

Quick response when I had a hazardous tree in a precarious position threatening two houses. Arrived at scheduled time. Accurate estimate of services, time to completion and final cost. Quality work, no mess left behind.

Very satisfied with the work. We had a large oak branch removed that was up against our house and Agri removed it safely. They showed up on time and cleaned up everything like they were never there. Highly recommend

I got an estimate on the day that I called. They were available much sooner than expected. The job was done in a very professional and timely manner. The crew was great! I will use Agri Tree Experts again.

First contact. Explained services needed (trim and de-moss). Made bid @ $225/hr minus 20% advertised discounted in our homeowner's newsletter. Agreed to terms. Call / start the following week. Took 3 weeks to respond. Finally showed up. Did job for 7.5 hours. Got 33% of tree done. Then tried to bill for 8 hours. Charged us for employee breaks even though company said customer does not pay for lunch. And on top of all that "forgot about discount." So to start off just bad business mojo with the overbill. Just leaves a sour taste. Paid bill for first days work after proper billing.

Negotiated to finish tree for a remaining balance ($900) of the $2500 total / bid. Contact goes cold again.

Company calls 1 week later. Says I have a deal for you. Yea right.... I'll pass. Will find someone else. Not the person I want to have my hard earned money. We already have a deal and I don't even want to hear the new deal.

What work was done was excellent, cleanup was well even raked the leaves and swept the driveway. However, I can not justify $225/hr to continue the project and this is the reason why:

One person in the tree, two on the ground, not efficient use of labor and thus you can see the pork and projects take 2x long as needed. If you put two people in tree, one on the ground you get 2x the work done and is a good use of labor. Can't pay them to have two guys watching one guy work. I'm not that rich. And its just against my business standards.

Wish them the best, just not my next pick for tree work. I still have 2/3 a tree that needs work and have an entire tree in the backyard that needs work. This guy wants us to spend $3K-4K a tree. I'm the wrong customer. Wish them the best of luck. Website is not online / up to date as of 6/15/21. PO box listed on bill. Addresses in google shows a building under construction. A LOT of flags.... should have check out all the stuff before contacting them. Did not know my homeowner's just allowed anyone to advertise in the newsletter.

Bob couldn’t have been any better. Not only did he respond immediately but he was out the next day and did a perfect job in no time flat. Excellent value as well. Looking for a tree service you can trust and do excellent work? Look no further.

Bob and his crew showed up and wasted no time sculpting a special oak tree that was in dire need of lifting and pruning. I got several bids and AGRI was competitive and given their experienced team and spotless equipment it was an easy decision. They left my front yard in better condition than when they arrived. It is a certainty that I will contact AGRI next time I need tree service.

AGRI Trees did an exceptional job in removing a few dead trees and cleaning up my Oaks and Pecans. They pruned them like they were true artists! I was extremely pleased with Bob and his guys. I loved the fact that the owner was on site, during the 2 days they were working. I will definitely be using them again!

I recently needed some work done on three large ash trees so I took a couple of bids and decided to go with Agri Tree Experts. The new owner is a real gentleman, aggressive on his pricing and very professional.

Two of the trees, 40' to 50' each were in a rather tight area and most of the limbs needed to be roped down to avoid neighbors and wires and they handled it with no problem.

I will use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Agri Tree, Bob Crow and his crew. This is the second time we have used them to trim our live oak trees. They did a phenomenal job, and the trees look healthy. They also go the extra mile. They cut down our old grapefruit tree that took a deathly hit with the snow in 2021, and left the new sprouts standing. Moreover, when they accidentally cracked our skylight while removing a very large limb, they replaced the skylight. We did not have to worry about finding a vendor, or the hassle of reimbursement. All this to say, they are all about the customer. Glad to see there are still businesses around who provide quality work, and excellent customer service! Call them first! And thanks Bob!

Agri Tree Experts did a phenomenal job on our trees. They truly are experts at taking care of the trees and knowing how to trim them. We had two big trees that had some rotting and branches that were tangled on power lines. They took care of it and brought our trees to new life. Agri Trees did a great job of communicating with us. They took the time to walk the trees with us and ask what we needed and then review their recommendations and get our approval before beginning. They also recommended a plan for our trees and their care going forward. The Agri team worked so hard all day and left our yard better than they found it. We highly recommend Agri Tree Experts for all your tree needs.

Bob personally helped with building a plan to tackle the trees on my property, all the way to coming back a couple days later to clean up a little more that he saw needed to be cut as he was driving by!
