These guys are great! Super professional, hard working, and very responsive as the project proceeded. They want to make you happy. Thoroughly enjoyed dealing with this company. They're coming back to put in a fountain. We'll likely choose them for tree trimming and other stuff in the future.

Frustrated is an understatement. $2,500+ down the drain with several plants dead within a week after installation is extremely disappointing. I hired them based off neighboring projects and was excited to work with the but after multiple attempts of communication I feel like I was blown off and my “job” was too small and wasn’t worth while. Even after sending two clients referrals.

These guys are amazing! I had no idea what I needed but David has vision. He created a xeriscape in my front yard that left me stunned, awestruck! It was a small job but the made it work. I will use them again in the spring for phase 2. Very professional too!

Fertile Crest designed and installed our front and back yard xeriscape. They did an absolute fantastic job. They are reliable, honest and have excellent plant/rock/soil knowledge. They maintained our the xeriscape at our previous home so when it was time to design a plan for our new home, it was an easy decision. Our neighborhood is in a neighborhood with historical home and had strict requirements about plant to rock/mulch ratio. It is perfect. They will continue with the maintenance of our gardens.

Timber Tree Care did an amazing job with my backyard pecan tree. They were timely and ensured their work area was cleaned up afterwards. Hector was informative throughout the process and final walkthrough. I will definitely use their services again.

The crew who came to my house were responsive and on-time. They texted when they were on their way and responded to the questions I had prior to their arrival. Once they got to my house they made quick work of taking the furniture out to their truck. They were polite and courteous throughout the transaction. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again!

I contacted them through their website last night and sent some photos. Emailed me back and arranged for pickup this morning. They provided updates and name of the driver and notification along the way. The driver and his assistant were polite and efficient. It's a good way to send large or several items to donate when you don't have a truck or the manpower.

Two of the finest gentlemen I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went out of their way to see that the process went well. I highly recommend this company for your service needs

This is an updated review from my previous 1 star. The booking process online was very poor, it was extremely hard to get in contact with them in any way. Once I was able to speak with them they were not very helpful and I'd be passed around to multiple support reps. Finally I was able to get some help once I left a 1 star rating. A few days later I received a phone call from the office and someone was looking into all of the duplicate charges as well as the issues I encountered. After about a week of daily phone calls they were able to get the charges corrected finally so we only paid for the services we received and they gave us a small refund towards the total for the inconvenience. The small refund was a nice gesture but did not make up for the amount of time I had to spend on the phone for a week just to correct their mistakes with billing. I am glad they at least called me and got it all fixed in the end, it took longer than I would have hoped and required a lot of time considering it was a week of daily phone calls. The service itself when they did show up went smoothly. They were kind and efficient. If you want to book with them, I'd try booking over the phone since their online system definitely ran into some issues. It was unfortunate that they only called me because I left a 1 star review, I wish they would have just answered my initial support requests so I never needed to leave them a poor rating. If they answered and fixed it when I reached out I would have left them a much more positive rating.

I hired them to assemble my couch and dresser. On the day someone was supposed to arrive it wasn’t communicated to me that the worker assigned to me was having vehicle trouble. The window they were suppose to arrive was closing, had I not called to see what was going on I would’ve been waiting all day, wasting my time. When I called them they sent a new person. My couch just needed more hands to make sure it secure, it was pretty much half assembled when the new person and her partner arrived, the dresser was the real beast. When this new person and her partner arrived it was clear they were overwhelmed. After a few hours of not much progress, they said they had another job and they’d have to come back at a later time. Frustrated because the dresser cost me almost as much as the service I paid for and for them to have to come back. I was about to tell them forget it and get my money back but understanding that the dresser was a lot, I allowed them to come back in a few days. Even allowed them to take the manual to look at. When they came back they seemed more prepared. A few hours later they finished and left. Without close inspection it looks nicely done but not long after they left, as I’m inspecting closer one of the drawers was not tight and you could see that tried to make it work by putting in a wrong piece that was clearly not meant to be there. Luckily I found the correct piece a secured it myself. Also the top of the dresser was not hammered or secured as well in comparison to its opposite side and part of it if you look closely is slightly lifted. The man left without a word or eye contact and the woman in charge made a strange comment about the dresser and left. I was grateful and appreciative that they were able to finish, but feel like it was kind of a rush job. Giving 3/5 stars is generous. It was my first time using this company, don’t think I’d use them again after this experience. Disappointed given the good reviews.

The project was unloading and moving an antique china cabinet and a very large and heavy antique wardrobe. The crew did fast work of this difficult moving project. My unloading time window was met with almost a day to spare. Totally satisfied.

Rashard and company were great. Nice, efficient and ~really~ good at packing stuff! Booking was much easier than the other (3) companies I tried. It was a difficult time for me -- moving the belongings of someone who had passed too soon. The guys were thoughtful and kind. Should I need this service again I wouldn't hesitate to call.

The two gentlemen that came out today were awesome! They removed all of the items I had and said they would donate what they could. Some of the items were throw away items. Great service, quick, professional, and very nice. Thanks David and your helper…I failed to get his name, sorry!

First of all, we paid for 4 man hours (2 men for 2 hours). We received 3 man hours (1 man 3 hours) leaving the project unfinished. This is not to the discredit Leandro's incredible effort to complete the project under the hot muggy conditions. My hips and back made it difficult to finish but there was a deadline. If we were supplied what we paid for, my involvement would not have been necessary !!!!!!

They were late. Arrival time 8-12. But they had a flat tire on the way so not their fault. They were quick, efficient, and friendly.

Very professional, the two loaders came in and had my mattress loaded up and gone in less than 15 minutes! Would definitely use them again.

Extremely easy and convenient. They were able to come next day and take away both my mattress and the heavy adjustable bed base.

We are very pleased with the service we received from LoadUp. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone involved was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to using them again in the future.
