LoadUp made removing old living room furniture extremely easy and stress free. I was able to schedule the day before and the driver arrived within the one hour window provided the morning of the pickup. I will definitely be using LoadUp for all future removal needs.

Super easy - Super convenient! Book them two days before, left everything outside my door day off and they grabbed it. I was on a call during that time and they were very quiet and professional.

Will be using them again in the future! The cost was rather affordable too.

Ovidio and his partner were professional, easy going, and removed box springs and 2x Cali King mattresses in under 15 minutes. Careful, friendly, efficient and very hard working guys.

I have now had two interactions with using load up, and both were awesome. They give you a time window, but the driver stays in touch with you in case they can come earlier or need to push it later for any reason, though they will absolutely work with you If a postponement causes you any issues. The movers have all been really courteous, friendly, and efficient. They’re in and out in no time. Plus, their quotes are really reasonable compared to other service providers. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again.

Kept us updated in their arrival time throughout the day which was very helpful. Very professional and kind. Took extra care when moving the furniture out of the condo. Would highly recommend.

I could not be happier! The company kept me posted about where my loaders were and when they'd be arriving. They were actually early! They texted me when they were on the way here and again when they pulled up outside my building.

I had a great experience using load up today. I'm moving out of my house and there were some furniture items we were not taking with us. When I was unable to give it away I needed to get rid of it quick. I contacted them on Friday and they came and picked it all up on saturday. No fuss, no hassle, up front pricing, very easy to use. Highly recommend

I got a call the same day as my couch pick up to confirm the appt and they did text to tell me they were running a little behind but were on the way. When the showed up they were very respectful and friendly and they were in and out in 5 mins. I appreciated the communication and friendliness!
The price to me was reasonable after looking up other prices from other vendors- which with other vendors it was double the price!

Booked for 55” TV pickup 8am - 12pm. First change at 0930 was for pickup at 12pm - 1pm. Checked with Loadup at 1pm and was told rain has delayed their driver and pickup time was adjusted again to 2:30pm. Rain had stopped 4 hours ago, I thought their driver was in a canoe waiting for water to rise. Pick up team arrived at 3pm in a 4 door compact sedan. Had to angle TV in back seat to close door. This is questionable company to say the least. I will definitely search for different company for future such tasks.

I had an old couch removed and it was such an easy process. I booked online, it was a fixed price. The guys who moved the couch were great and it took about ten minutes. I would definitely use load up again.

Alexis did a great job as the lead hauler who removed 3 couches from my house today! LoadUp gave me a fixed price quote for the work, which clearly specified the costs. I scheduled the job only one day ahead of time. The communication was great, and the truck showed up exactly on time. The work was done in about 15 minutes and there were no extra charges. Everything was perfect and I couldn't be happier! The prices were super reasonable compared to "Junk" removal companies and places like Resupply (they add cost in later when they show up at your house).

Outstanding process and service. From booking online and receiving a quote that was very fair through discussing the process by phone everyone I spoke with were very courteous and professional.
It went even better after that they scheduled within our requested time frame and even moved it up to accommodate us. Each step of the way was communicated by text when they sent us the name of the lead person, Beau, for the pickup.
This morning Beau contacted us a few times to let us know when they would arrive and they took the two chairs out efficiently. In addition, they were very pleasant and courteous.
Load up is lucky to have such representatives of the company.
I would definitely use them again and think other customers would be treated as well also.

I highly recommend this company to get the job done for lawn services. My yard came out nice and clean weeds were tamed and cut, edges were done, leaves were picked up. They did an awesome job. They were on time and quick, very professional, with great customer service. I would definitely be giving them a call back for future services.

These guys were great! Came out the very next day and gave a great quote. For the amount of leaves and junk we had in our yard, they honestly should have charged a lot more.
