Highly recommend Load Up. Incredibly smooth and efficient booking process, super pro top to bottom. Alan and his crew were fantastic.

Very overpriced. I had asked for a 12 o’clock to 4 o’clock timeframe and the one man showed up at 5 o’clock. He was extremely nice and a very hard worker, but it was a lot for one man.

Used LoadUp for mattress installation and removal. Very easy to schedule. On time and very helpful. Great service. The missing star is due to lack of shoe covers, which caused a lot of after the fact cleaning. With shoe covers it would have been a solid 5 stars.

Tyron and team were very professional, courteous and respectful of the property. I have already recommended LoadUp to a friend. I will be calling them again when the need arises.

The 3 movers did a great job. They were careful and efficient.

They were polite and efficient and in and out in 20 minutes. The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5, is because they didn’t arrive until 7:00pm. They were supposed to be here between 1-5. They did keep me apprised that they were running late and gave me updated ETA’s. They get 5 stars for communication and professionalism!

The guys were quick and efficient. Super friendly too. I placed a request less than 48 hours from when I needed them and they delivered. Took a large treadmill, couch and cabinet. Definitely recommend.

Scheduled online and 4 hours later my basketball hoop was picked up! I am still in shock with how fast the service was! Customer service was fantastic! They were so nice and patient with me. I am officially a lifelong customer! Thank you for a great and fast experience! 😊

Quick, efficient, and reasonable pricing. I needed help with disposing or donating a sleeper sofa and most other places wouldn't help with that type of sofa. LoadUp came in clutch and it was reasonable too!

I had a very positive experience with the LoadUp loaders they sent to remove some old furniture from my home. The loaders were quick and very nice. The price LoadUp gave me was cheapest out of the all the quotes I received. I would definitely use them again!

When you have a couch and treadmill to be removed from a house you need to have more than one person to remove the item. Plus lack of communication between employee and office what needs to be done on the service call. If 2 employees showed up would have been finished within 30 minutes . Instead employees had to disassemble treadmill and reclining sofa to remove from house .

Efficient, professional and so terrific with communication about when they would arrive. They secured the items well and were careful getting it out of the house so as not to do any damage. Thank Dora and her partner for an awesome job!

Omg I had this massive piece of furniture I had wanted to get rid of but was hesitant due to being wary of vendors. It was so easy called this firm and they sent someone next day and the two gentleman to move it were wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this vendor.

Making the appointment was easy and the two men showed up on time, but the actual removing of the furniture was a disaster. They didn’t bring tools to dismantle the bed frame even though I demoted and paid for this service in advance so they knew it was going to need to happen. They banged the frame apart with brute force. It took time. They didn’t bring any furniture drop cloths to protect my floors. I bring this up because, for some reason, they decided one guy was enough to carry down the bed frame that was partially dismantled. I asked the second guy if he was going to help, telling him I think this id a two man job. Meanwhile guy one starts to carry this big bed frame that is partially dismantled down my stairs, drops it, and it crashes down the stairs, damaging my wood floors. I then told them I was going to call the LoadUp office and talk to them about it. 30 minutes later I still cannot get a human on the phone to speak with me. I tell the two men to leave, that it was clear they had no clue what they were doing. I then spent the rest of the day trying to deal with LoadUp. They have no human to speak with except someone who will sell you their service, but no one who deals with customer service or issues that arise. For days they have been having someone call me to ask if I am satisfied with the service I received. Each time I tell them what happened and they read the EXACT same script to me, transferring me to someone who can help me but the. Coming back on to tell me there is an error and someone will be in touch. This had happened 3-4 times already. Theo’s company is suspicious and beyond questionable. Do not use them!

Load up sent Mr. Bryant and his asst. Donna. I had several large appliances to remove. They showed up on time, curious, and got everything removed. Mr Bryant was amazing and very knowledgeable about large hauling. It was well worth what we paid. I would use load up again. And I would highly recommend Mr. Bryant and his team.

The couple that came to pickup the furniture were very nice and worked very hard
My only complaint is the major scratch that is permanently on my floor. It is very deep and will be difficult to repair. I would like compensation for the damage. See pictures attached

I was really happy with the entire process from getting my quote and scheduling the pick up, to completing my order. Cost was very competitive. I would definitely use them again and happily recommend to family and friends.
