I booked them based on a recommendation and because I'm pleased with their services I'll recommend them to others very friendly staff who genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. Great atmosphere!

Called to make an appt and was told the basic service was $89. They came out and said I needed a major cleaning and charged over $400. They said that they could remove the mesh over the vent because there is a flap that opens when the dryer is in use and closes when it's not to prevent birds from building a next. They left, the mesh was gone but I did not see a flap covering the vent. I called them back and they said my house did not have the flap covering the vent. I told them to go ahead and put the mesh back on. The dryer code error (that I originally called them for) returned almost immediately. Because I did not trust them (details later) I called another company. He actually inspected the vent on the roof and saw that the vent extended higher than the shingles which prevented the flap (the one these guys said didn't exist) from closing. He did a new cleaning and charged $140. I've had two different companies out since Superior end each said I should have not paid more than 150 at all for any vent cleaning. These people are thieves. I have tried several times to call since w/o any response from the owner - just an answering service - to get some money back for the poor and way overcharged service. Also, they sent two guys out. One was absolutely the CREEPIEST guy I have ever met. He asked to come in to wash his hands after he cut himself. Then he's at my sink and stares straight ahead in a daze for several seconds. Frozen almost. I asked him are you OK? He says I got a lot on my mind. Then he gets agitated and says let's hurry this up your dogs are loud. I could not get him out of my house fast enough so that was not an issue. Something was seriously off with this guy - which is why I did not have them out again.

I highly recommend this company to everyone! These ladies are very professional, and they explain everything in detail for me! They wear protective gear from head to toe, so this makes me feel more comfortable with eveything thats going on. This compnay is the BEST! Thank you!
