This company started off great back in March 2022. I arranged to have my house cleaned weekly on the weekends since this is the best time for us due to my husband working from home. After the first cleaning, they kept hounding me for a 5 star google review until I did it. After about 2 weeks, they started changing the dates on us to weekdays, in order to make sure we kept the services up we accommodated THEIR schedule. After the 2nd week, they told me to buy my own products---I didn't think anything of it but they were very specific with what to buy too. My house is less than 1 year old so it's not like it needs extensive cleaning.

We noticed that over time the quality of the cleanings went down and we brought it up once---apparently this upset the cleaning lady and the owner. They continued to do their weekly cleanings but kept changing the days on us. They'd say they'd be here Thursday one week then Tuesday the following week. They came out last week on Wednesday and then said they'd be back on Monday. I advised Monday was not a good day for us at all cause we're busy. I then got a very ugly message from the cleaning lady telling me that she could only come on the days she was available. I am so disappointed and disgusted at the level of professionalism from this company.

Annabel was quite an expert and familiar with various cleaning issues....willing to tackle each.... quite responsive! What an assest of good value for the company to have! Such a joy to get to know....

I don’t know why Connie above is upset about buying your own mop head, which stays in your home and doesn’t have to be used in other peoples homes… I actually prefer that. Everything else she brings with her!

VIP CleaningService and Annabel, cleaned our home on 1/24/22, We are seniors in our 80’s with no pets, nevertheless our house was quite dusty and needed a good cleaning. She took 6 hours and cleaned from top to bottom.
