For me, one of the main hazards of hosting an AB&B is having to prepare the apartment for the next customer. You mostly deal with strangers, and as such you can find some surprises that you may not expect when you inhabit the property. On the other hand, maybe I am lazy after dealing with my regular job. These guys had simplified my life a lot. At first, I was reluctant to ask for their service, but after using their services for over a month, I'm not sure how I went so long without them. I can even schedule more frequently knowing they will finish the job faster than I could, and leave it spot on. They are easy to deal and well organized. You may have to consider them in your costs and adjust the rental fee, but it is well worth it.

This team did a great job with a very challenging project - an elementary school gym! I noticed their attention to detail immediately upon walking into the girls restroom where walls, corners, and baseboards had been thoroughly cleaned. My first reaction actually was “did they paint” because the walls looked so fresh. And they responded to feedback in a timely and professional manner. Definitely recommend!

A combination of professionalism, great communication, and quality service has made me a happy customer! I've been using Casey with Clarks home cleaning weekly for about 4 months now. He started by taking time to understand my wants and expectations. He was happy to accommodate requests that are outside his normal routine, like washing bedding. In the beginning I had to remind him of a few items like where the kitchen trash & microwave are hidden in a cabinets, but he quickly caught on to my expectations and has followed through with meeting them. For the scope of work I requested his quote was about 25% lower than my last housekeeper, so I volunteered a higher payment. He gave me options on how/when to pay and sends out an electronic invoice to make payment & record keeping easy. I also appreciate that EVERY day before scheduled cleaning he sends me a text to confirm for the next day. I occasionally cancel if I'm traveling and do not need his service. I whole heartedly recommend Clark's Home Cleaning!
