Lee Roy has cleaned my car twice and both times I love it !! With two toddlers we have a lot of spills and sticky stuff and he is able to get it right out and the best part he comes to my work so I don't have go anywhere and hang out for hours waiting! We have been using Torres Professional Cleaning for over 13 years and they are by far the most detailed and reliable vendor we have used.

They are the only floor care company we know of that actually strips and waxes corners and edges by hand. Really, they are craftsmen who take tremendous pride in their work and it shows!

We hired Torres Professional Cleaning for a move-out clean of my parents' home that is going up for sale; after interviewing them and 3 other cleaning companies in San Antonio. Now I wish I hadn't taken the time to interview the rest, LOL. :)

Torres was the first to respond to our inquiry and made an appointment at our earliest convenience to inspect the job. While the others were nice enough, we felt during the walkthrough they were not as equipped or prepared to do what was needed for cleaning this over-45-year lifetime-home, including laundry room and workshop, covered with cobwebs, layers of dirt, grease, etc. etc. etc!

Especially important to us, LeRoy was more knowledgeable than the others we asked about cleaning a damaged wood floor area. He had a solution and their work on same made a huge difference in appearance!

Their first estimate was accurate, with no hidden or "after-the-fact" costs and they provided immaculate services with sharp attention to details.

They were also prompt on their callbacks and arrival of appointments. In many ways, Leroy and his team went above and beyond what was asked or originally offered.

Torres Professional Cleaning came into our home to strip our floors of a very thick layer of mop & glow that has begun to chip, and resealed it afterwards. They also informed us of how best to clean the floors so as to preserve the new seal in the best way possible. The floors look better than new! Very pleased.

When I first contacted the company for stripping and waxing a floor of a dental office, they responded promptly and gave me an estimate very fast.

The price quoted was very reasonable compared to estimates from other companies. I hired them for the job and requested references and proof of liability insurance. Ivonne was prompt in providing that information prior to starting the job. The floor was cleaned, and waxed in a reasonable manner and it looks great. They were able to remove tenacious stains from our high traffic floors.

My husband and I have used this company multiple times for move-out cleaning services. We were more than happy with the outstanding condition our homes' were cleaned to and would higher Leroy and his company again in a heart beat. For the quality of work provided the prices are fair. Leroy responded to our inquiry within hours and was extremely flexible with scheduling. The entire process was fast, easy, and this company truly does an outstanding job.

Very professional team. We had had three other different companies strip and wax our VCT floors in previous years. They never cleaned properly and then waxed over stains and dust. That would leave dirt and stains trapped under the wax, so we changed companies every year hoping someone would do a better job. Torres Professional cleaning did an awesome job stripping the old wax and prepping the floors. They made sure it was really clean, including corners :-) (which had always been left dirty before). The previous companies always told us we had to strip and re-wax our floors every nine months, but high traffic areas were completely dull and stripped of wax before that. Mr. Torres explained that they were not using the proper wax, that with the product they use it would last up to 18 months. We will be using them again next year! Keep up the good work! It is refreshing to see a team that takes pride in doing their job well :-) Also, their prices are very competitive.
