Venmo payment was convenient. The landlord was amazed at how clean everything was. I felt at ease about getting my deposit.

Sparkly Maid San Antonio Cleaning Services did a routine cleaning in Westover Hills and made everything sparkle. Carmen also cleaned baseboards that made the home look new. Cash payment was easy. The kitchen sparkled, the bathrooms smelled fresh, and the bedrooms looked tidy.

Sparkly Maid was extremely professional, affordable, and left the home we movee out of looking beautiful! They were very communicative throughout the process. When I walked through the rental we had just moved out of, I was very impressed! We would definitely use them again!

For a 3 Bed/2 ba house and a couple additional services, we paid ~$500 base+tip. They were thorough.

This was my 1st time using this cleaning service and I am very pleased with the results. Claudia works fast, but she is thorough. I will definitely be booking an appointment in the future and I would definitely recommend to others who desire a clean home for a reasonable price.

I paid for the deep clean and got a standard clean, maybe. I felt like the cleaner started a deep but gave up. None of the picture/ mirror frames were wiped at the top. Ceiling fans were not done even though we talked about it. No shelves were wiped. Nothing was moved in any of the spaces to clean under them, and the chandelier was untouched. There was a 3 foot step ladder that was out for usage if needed. I left no dishes, no clothes, and the bed was made. She spoke zero English and I was unable to even try to explain. She worked the entire time she was there, and seemed nice but that’s not what I thought I paid for. The company wanted to send her out again but I would have to take more time off of work so I told them to forget it.

Looked through a lot of reviews for cleaners before settling on Sparkly Maid, and I’m glad I did! The Sparkly team was able to help coordinate logistics live time because my residence is not easy to locate, and I thought the pre-reminders and communication was timely and helpful. I did a deep cleaning for my first service and Juanita did an incredible job!!! Great attention to detail, efficient but not rushed, and I was extremely pleased with the outcome - definitely worth the cost.

Had a roommate ditch out on cleaning the day before key turn in was due. Claudia was able to get there quickly and cleaned everything to perfection. Not a spot was missed.

Fantastic results! This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and we were very impressed. Briseida was punctual and worked very hard for 3 hours deep cleaning our home. Everything is spotless and refreshed. The best part is that the house does not smell like strong chemicals, just clean! Definitely will rebook services in the future and recommend to others.

Bris did a wonderful job cleaning my home - she was prompt, prepared, efficient, thorough, and friendly! We used Google Translate to communicate and it worked well for us. The service was a tremendous help during a stressful time. I agree w/another reviewer who shared their home smelled clean, but not like chemicals. Additionally, Elisse and Lavinia were very communicative in confirming the appointment and in following up afterward.

I sincerely cannot say enough good things about this cleaning service. They did an amazing job. The cleaner that came to my home thorough, thoughtful, and did everything with care. Every room felt reset in a way that goes beyond “clean.” It felt calm, organized, and breathable again. I purchased the chimney inspection and sweep voucher for my one-story home. When I called to schedule, the company refused to honor the voucher as written.

Despite the Groupon clearly listing "Inspection" and "Drafting Test" as included services, the staff insisted on an "all or nothing" approach, claiming they would only come out if I paid for a full-price, top-to-bottom cleaning. They completely disregarded the 10-foot coverage included in the voucher and used it as a bait-and-switch tactic to upsell a much more expensive service before even seeing the chimney.

If you have a gas fireplace and just want a safety check/pilot light relight, look elsewhere. This merchant seems more interested in forced upselling than honoring their advertised deals. Thankfully, Groupon refunded me. Save yourself the headache and call a local San Antonio pro instead.

Purchased a Groupon for a 5 room 500 sq ft carpet cleaning. Appointment was moved out to 3 weeks from the original call. The service tech arrived and was very rude to begin with. He measured my rooms at 510 sq ft. He then claimed I only had 3 rooms and that he was charge an additional $400 plus $2 for each step in our staircase. He said he works commission and wasn't going to do the job for whatever we paid for Groupon. Seriously 0 stars. We waited for 3 weeks and didn't even end up with clean carpets. He then said he was do 3 rooms for $395. The manager said he'd tell his guy to do it for $150. Completely ridiculous. Please if you see this, these people are scammed.
