I had a really good experience. Communication was great and I loved what they did. They arrived on time, cleaned thoroughly and they are very professional overall. Magnificent job, would definitely recommend.

They are a fantastic group! I had to use an English to Spanish translation app to explain everything since none of them spoke a lick of English. But, it was worth it because everything requested was completed.

The personnel sent to clean my home consistently did a terrible job. They failed to do the mirrors, or move any items to clean under them. I complained time and time again and was promised that a better crew would be sent out next time, but never happened. I was even told they would send a Trainer out with the crew to observe. Never happened. Initially they send out a top crew, but as your service continues, it appears you get whatever is left.

The Maid Brigade Cleaning Services go above & beyond my expectations. I have had cleaning services throughout my life (60 yrs old)
After some cleaning services did their job I would find things they missed. But not with Maid Brigade. Every time they finish cleaning, the house sparkles clean. Without a doubt the Maid Brigade is the BEST cleaning service I have ever used. And believe me I am very picky.
Plus they are prompt, kind & professional.

We've used Maid Brigade for several years with excellent results. Quality people, efficient service, reliable, attention to detail. They arrive when they are supposed to, the team finishes all the work quickly, they handle special requests well, they are easy to reach for rescheduling, etc. Their charges are reasonable, their people are friendly, and if something is not done as you wish they will return to make it right the same day (although this has only rarely been needed). Big thumbs up!

We hired Maid Brigade to clean our house (1650 sq ft, 3bd, 2 bath) for $350. We were assured that we were going to have top notch service. Two out of the three cleaners actually worked. The third cleaner was on the phone 90% of the time and finished quickly. After an hour and half of cleaning, I was called in to the house to inspect. Sure enough, the floor boards were not cleaned, the master bathroom looked like nothing was done. I had to teach them how to clean the glass doors, they missed cleaning the drawers and closets, and there were dirt on the corners of the floor. I ended up cleaning the house again before it went on the market. Terrible service and not worth the money paid!

The team that came out the last time didn't vacuum because their vacuum was broke. They used a broom instead and never bothered to ask if they could use ours or come back with a vacuum and do it later. They acted like it was no big deal that they could not do what they were paid to do. In addition, they didn't even wiped down and clean several surfaces in the kitchen, dining and living rooms. As a result, they were called back out and had an attitude about the things they did not do. When I told the manager about it and asked for them not to send that team anymore, the manager didn't care at all. She didn't offer an apology or anything. She said okay and hung up.

This business needs to practice kindness, courtesy, and basic communication skills. Until they do, I would not recommend them at all.

This team is beyond professional. I am very thankful that I was able to find them in San Antonio. They have service my house for a few months now, and every time they meet the same great expectation.

Maid Brigade is better than some services in cleaning the way you prefer rather than doing it in some set way. For example, we wanted them to move the couch to vacuum under it. Another service had a policy of not moving furniture and would not. However, they are bad about not keeping track of your preferences. It is fortunate that my wife speaks Spanish, as most of the maids don't speak English well; but this is true of most cleaning services in the area.

Excellent work all around. The cleaning crews are great for both regular cleaning and deep cleaning. Also love the administrative staff - wonderful with communication, scheduling, everything! Highly recommend this company.

The maids who come to my house are on time and are very polite. I have used other companies and there were many times they did not show up or call. I always get a text. They work seemlessly together and have my house clean in no time. I am very impressed with their leadership, especially Josie - she is very effective. I have recommende Maid Brigaide to others and will continue to do so. Try them!

This company will rip you off. They did a terrible job on my home then tried to claim it was really dirty when they arrived. Not true, I have photos of before and after. That's the excuse they use for their "estimate." The cleaners barely moved and simply wiped the same spot over and over. Beware, this company is a scam.

I've utilized Maid Brigade services for over a year. During that time, they have been efficient and consistent in addressing my homes cleaning needs. I've had a few different teams throughout the year and have been impressed with everyone's commitment to produce good outcomes.

The work they do is very good. I think I just need to communicate a few specific requests when they come, rather than just assume those things will get done. The staff is very friendly and kind.

I’ve been using this service for close to 15 years now. They do a great job of helping me keep my home clean. I was a busy professional when they began and with their help it freed up time for me so I could do leisure activities instead of spending my time off cleaning house. Now I have arthritis so it has become an additional aid for me.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I hired Maid Brigade to complete a deep cleaning with a followup of every two weeks. I was offered an acceptable quote with an extensive list of the cleaning that would be included. I am undergoing chemotherapy and am immunocompromised, so I was very clear that cleaners would be required to wear face makes properly the duration of their time here. Cleaners arrived 30 minutes late with NO FACE MASKS. I had to provide them and constantly remind them to keep the mask over the nose and mouth. They cleaned for 1.5 hours, did a terrible job, then informed me that if I wanted them to finish I would have to "buy extra time." I declined but I was still charge extra time even though they didn't even get to the living room or dining room AT All! This company is a scam, beware. I have reported them to the BBB.

I started using Maid Brigade of San Antonio at the beginning of the year (2021). I am a single father with one kid. Maid Brigade has helped a bunch with keeping the house clean, organized, and presentable. The very first cleaning is a deep clean which is more expensive than your routine cleaning. BUT, it is worth it! I was amazed at the thoroughness of the deep clean. The prices are reasonable. The customer service has been excellent as well, with Josie (office manager) being very helpful since the beginning. The one thing I really liked was she was able to give me a quote over the phone to start the process. Other places weren't as responsive as this company. I highly recommend this company for your home cleaning needs. It saves you time which helps you concentrate on other responsibilities around the house instead. Thank you Maid Brigade, I thought I should let other potential clients know that this company is great to deal with.

They scheduled a timeframe of 1pm-3pm arrival time. I had expressed concern about not being able to pick my children on time. At 2:50pm I called and was told they would be there in TWENTY-FIVE minutes, outside the 1-3 timeframe. I told them a courtesy call would have been appreciated and I had to travel across town to be here on time to just wait. They arrived and took ten minutes to come inside as they were busy chatting and laughing. I asked them to clean an empty kitchen and specifically under the sink and adjacent cabinet. When they said they were done, sure enough those two were left completely untouched even though they told their office that they wiped it all down but couldn’t do it completely due to the paint coming off. There is no paint in those sections and the cockroach poop and moisture was still there. They also left the right side of the sink with dirty water which I could not unplug as it was upside down and my home is empty with nothing to grip it and remove. Very disappointed.

We had this company clean our home a few times before with no issue until they cleaned our house this last time. We trusted the crew that came into our home and discovered the damage done. First, the tv in our bedroom was broken. You can see in the attached images where they cracked it. We brought it up, that it seemed like an object struck it and thought it was a mop or broom. The manager we spoke to insisted that they did not use brooms or mops in the house. Not sure why he would lie. He said they would look into it and never called us back.

As you can see in the Ring picture, the crew member is sweeping our entryway with a broom.
Second, they broke a figurine my father in law brought from a trip to Africa. It was a wedding present to celebrate our nuptials. They broke a leg and didn't even say anything. They just left the leg there. We don't have children and our dog doesn't go in that area. And it's just my husband and I in the house.

Third, they scuffed our dining table on the side.

Fourth, they claimed they cleaned the house, but we discovered the shower had not been cleaned. They offered to send someone to re-clean the bathroom, but I don't trust these people and don't ever want them in our home. I should inspect the house again because I am sure there is more damage. Not only will they damage your home, but they will also lie to you. Do not trust these people to enter your home.
