Really, like REALLY BAD. Asked for a deep cleaning and it was totally awful and dirty.... but they gave me a discount of like $35... Stupid, right?... I just took the pictures attached (dirty, contac lens stuck on the floor, the sink, dust, doors...) but were way more things dirty like the stove, refrigerator, windows, etc... at the end I had to do it all over again...

First time with Maid Brigade. Wanted a deep clean. Two ladies were sent, never introduced themselves. Took 2 hours and I did not want a bedroom and office cleaned. Called the company 7/11/24 to see when I was going to receive my invoice and informed them about two rooms not being cleaned. The women I spoke with said she will talk to the owner. She was actually rushing me of the phone. Welllllll, I still have not heard a word. So I am not happy with the clean, service and the price. Will not use them again

I have used Maid Brigade for almost 2 years now and I have always been very pleased with the results. The staff is always on time and friendly and the office team is always very helpful in rescheduling when we are traveling. I highly recommend their services.

The 3 ladies who came and cleaned my apartment were great! They were nice and friendly. I also mentioned about an extra hard spot to clean on my front door from a sign being on it and they worked hard to get it all off! They were in and out of my 1 bedroom apartment in an hour. Very impressed.

However, the customer service by the person who made the appointment was horrible. She just wanted my business and tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible. I kept trying to ask questions and give details about my situation but she kept cutting me off. Then when she called back a few days later to remind me of my appointment, she was very rude and tried to rush me off the phone. I only stayed with them because I was already living out of state and needed someone quick to come.

Hopefully they get new people talking to the clients because I wouldn't go with them again after dealing with her. Again, the actually cleaners were great but whoever talks with the clients clearly didn't care about me at all and only wanted my money.

09/22/2025 scheduled for a deep cleaning service. They showed up way past the time frame scheduled I had 8am to 10am they didn’t show till 11am. They were in “traffic” and in the 410 bandera area which was crazy because I was also in that area killing time and there was no traffic anywhere especially to show up an hour later after saying it’ll be 20/25 more minutes to get to my apt which is 10/15 minutes from that area. I didn’t get a deep cleaning I just got a regular cleaning the vents were all left dirty, floors not swept or mopped. My entertainment center was left dirty, walls dirty. Under my couch was left dirty my rug wasn’t vacuumed full of crumbs. Restroom floor dirty full of cat litter even though I left my pet outside. Fans left with dust. I guess all they did was pick up and clean the blinds for 150 that I was quoted at. Ended up trying to charge me 273?? Then they dropped it to 230? I guess the time they spent trying to park gets accounted for. The ladies said they were here for 2 and a half hours but luckily I have a ring camera and that time doesn’t add up at all. And if they were here for 2 and a half hours what the heck got done? Cause no deep cleaning was done it was a basic clean pick up of toys and blankets. So they ask to come again to clean so they come the next day 9/23/2025 and they cleaned the fans left with dust and the vents and my entertainment center. Floors still left dirty. Restroom left dirty. But it’s fine I was happy they cleaned the dust and under my couch after all. Well this is where I get even more upset and made me decide to never use them again. It’s night time and I’m getting ready to get my son ready for bed I go to turn on his room light and it’s not turning on. So I assume his light went out or they pulled the string to turn it off while cleaning. NO. THESE LADIES BROKE HIS LIGHT AND DIDNT BRING IT UP OR EVEN THROW AWAY THE LIGHT BULB OR INFORM ME THE METAL PART OF THE LIGHT BULB IS STUCK IN THE FAN. They just put the light bulb in the candle. That’s where I found it. Could I have complained again sure. But I just wanna be done and over with this company I’ve used them in the past and it seems like they’re not the ones for me anymore. They were quick to take their money but don’t put the care into their service that’s provided so I won’t be using again. Especially that I had to take time off for a second cleaning if it would’ve just been done right the first time. I’ll pay whatever I have to for good service but I can also recognize when the work was done poorly.

Nick and his crew have done an amazing job cleaning our office weekly. We are extremely impressed with how meticulous the staff has been at making sure our office is spotless. Highly recommended!

Andrea and her teams work was/is amazing! She came in with a plan and executed perfectly. They paid attention to the small details, which may go unseen by most but, as a GM, shows how much they cared about taking care of my business! They cleaned up some hard areas and left the place looking like new. I can not recommend them enough! If you are looking for a service that knows what they are doing, listens to customer concerns and leaves your place spotless, contact them! You won't regret! They even sent me a cool video that showed before and after of the harder to clean areas! 10s across the board!

I rented my house for part of the summer and the renters allowed their dogs and kids to basically vandalized my property. My house was a disaster and they worked miracles. I enjoyed their cheerful attitude in face of destruction. I hope they will come back and be here on a regular basis.

They were very thorough and respectable. The house looked and smelled amazing from the moment they started. They really took their time and listened to requests I made. I already scheduled the next few cleanings. Very satisfied!

Went through two cleaning services before this one and both were pretty inconsistent. Crystal clean shows up on time every gist for six months straight! love the reliability.

Our front office needs more attention than the back and Sandra picked up on that on her own. Never had to ask. It's one of those things you really notice when it's being done right.
