I recently used Castañedas cleaning services, and She went above and beyond my expectations. I was amazed on how she left my home, I will definitely be a permanent customer, and I highly recommend her.

I can't even explain all the emotions I'm going through right now but I mostly feel like I was taken advantage of. I've never hired a cleaning service up until today. Me being the person I am, I was nice, trusting, & generous. I hired Yary to come deep clean my bathrooms and kitchen. She brought a helper along and both were extremely kind. After the job was done I walked in my bathroom to glance & saw how clear my shower glass was and was amazed. I did see 2 white marks on one of my sinks but assumed it was leftover toothpaste stains and walked back out. I paid & tipped 50% because I was just so happy to finally have had help in this big house. We thanked each other and before they left we even discussed plans for every other week visits. My husband came home and went to check out the clear shower glass I mentioned to him. He came back with news that one of our sinks were cracked! I went to check and saw this horrible crack in the sink & as you can see from the first video I sent her I didn't even realize those "toothpaste marks" were actually chips! She sent me a CROPPED picture of her cleaning my sink to show she only used sponge and soap but if my sink was already like that, why crop the picture??? We heard thumps while they were cleaning but I didn't expect something like this.. her helper called and again said they didn't do it and it was already like that! I'm soo angry! Mostly at myself for being so damn trusting! They didn't bring a ladder and my ceiling over the counter and sink were dusted so I'm sure they used my counter to stand on. Beware y'all 😭

Castaneda Cleaning did an Extremely great Cleaning job on my 2 bedroom home. I highly recommend this Cleaning Service!!! My instructions were followed on what I exactly wanted done. I left to do a couple of errands and upon my return the house Looked Amazing and smelled good. I will definitely use the service in 2 to 3 weeks again.

From the moment I first spoke with Marissa, I knew I was sold, but this company is truly a diamond in the rough as far as cleaning services are concerned. Following a poorly executed move and several weeks in bed with COVID, we were living in a survival mentality, toddler+4 pets (including 1 big puppy!) tornado zone that as an adult with mental health disorders was proving impossible for me to tame. Out of concern for my child's health (as well as our own) I called Marissa and explained we were getting desperate. She was so kind and understanding when I showed her a video of the disaster we were living in. Not quite "Hoarders" level, but "pre-hoarders" due to the amount of clutter and trash that had built up in our home. Many cleaning services expect a certain standard of "pre-cleanliness" before they'll come work and our home definitely didn't qualify. Marissa understood we were in a tough place and she and her team were gracious and not judgmental AT ALL. I told Marissa to be blunt with me to help me help them get our house clean that day, and she wasted no time giving me advice and her thoughts on things we should keep or get rid of and what we should do moving forward so our house didn't become such a disaster again. For the amount of mess plus the square footage of our house, I was really pleased (and honestly a little shocked) at their reasonable pricing (we're a one-income middle class family, so an outrageous cleaning bill wasn't in our budget!) I've scheduled them to come monthly for a general/routine cleaning to help keep us on track, but not once did I feel like I was being judged or looked down on for the state of our home. Sometimes just taking the step to get help is all it takes and for their level of professionalism, service, compassion and pricing, you cannot find better. Trust me. If you are an adult with ADD/ASD, depression, or other mental health disorders, and getting your house clean is a struggle like it is for me, I highly recommend Marissa and OCD Cleaners. Don't be embarrassed, we all need a helping hand sometimes, and if you've been on the fence, consider this your nudge to take the leap and trust you're going to get the highest level of service from this company. The women that came did a good job, one Ivana and one Viviana I think. I can't recall the second's name but they were nice people.

I’m seriously blown away! My house has never felt this clean. The team was so friendly, right on time, and worked with such detail that I kept noticing little things they took care of that I usually miss—like baseboards, corners, and even behind the faucets. Everything smells amazing and sparkles like new. It honestly feels like I’m walking into a brand-new home. I’ll definitely be booking them again and telling my friends and family about this service.

They did a great job with everything we asked for - kitchen is spotless including behind and in the oven, and little details in our baseboards. Bathrooms were done well. Love our clean new front door and walk-in path too. Very reasonably priced and easily set up/communicated with the company. Highly recommend!

10/1/25. I wanted to add to my post above. The more I looked around my apartment, the more I noticed what a wonderful job they did. My cabinets in the kitchen & bathroom were so clean. Doors too received a cleaning. They washed, not dusted, everything in this apartment!!! It has never been this clean. I have tried other cleaning services but this group is definitely the best!
