This is the only company I call when my system needs service. What more can I say......

Rob and his team were lovely and very competent. They took their time and did a pretty complicated job very well. I look forward to working with them on future projects. I highly recommend their services for outdoor landscaping and similar needs.

Needed a backflow test. After a competitor tried to use unscrupulous sales tactics, Rob and his team at COS were a breath of fresh air. Courteous, quick, and above board the 5 star rating was easy to make.

I booked a 1 hour appointment(max available on the website). Their technician showed up and confirmed the problem I told them I had in less than 10 minutes (wiring break), but said the repairs would take longer than the time remaining in the 1 hour appointment. He said his boss would contact me with an estimate to finish. The technician offered to do other work for the remaining time, but I only needed the repairs I had called them out to do. And they wouldn’t start those.
I have contacted this company multiple times since then with no return or even acknowledgment that they received my correspondence. They have emailed me multiple times, however, with a duplicate bill for the original 1 hour appointment which I paid on the same day of service.
I feel completely ripped off. Stolen from. They ran off with my money never to be heard from again.
Terrible customer service and bad business practices.

Fantastic service. We had a very difficult to find leak in our main waterline. It could have been anywhere within a half acre. Sam, Andrew and crew worked tirelessly to find said leak 3 feet in the ground, and the pricing was more than fair.

I will be calling them without hesitation for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I use Tri County for both my home and business. My systems are 20+ years old so things are always needing to be adjusted. They get it done and the price is always fair. I have tried a couple other companies because I needed something done that day, but in the end I still had to have TC come out!

I’ve used their services to replace an old irrigation system and for some repairs. They are outstanding. They really know their stuff, price is reasonable and they are very professional.
Don’t hire an unlicensed handyman, hire these guys!

This company installed an irrigation system for my grass (rotary) and flower beds (drip). I was very pleased with the installation of the system and with their follow up ensuring all of my needs were met. Their price also appeared to be competitive with other companies in the area. I recommend this company to others looking for an irrigation system install.

Got an estimate for an install, called a few weeks later and was told they got bought out and the price was higher. Asked if I wanted a new estimate and I promptly said no there are too many quality sprinkler companies in San Antonio—way too many.

$915 for a $99 sprinkler controller. Another low quality company dependent on high margins to survive. Poor customer service on top of this. There are plenty of great irrigation companies in San Antonio. AVOID TEXAS ROOTS.
