Called them and scheduled for next trip to my mom's area,which was next day and they showed up as promised,did an excellent job!!
Could not ask for more,and ,Donna at the office was great to deal with!!!
I am currently using them and plan to continue to do so!!

Just Right Lawns has been taking care of my lawn for years now. Great service, always on time, and when I need a little extra work - scheduling is a breeze. Their teams do amazing work!

I was told the crew that was coming to my house had 27 lawns scheduled in one day. So they arrived at the end of the day, two guys. My cameras show that they arrived at 4:02 and drove away at 4:33. The job reflects the time. The grass is all different lengths as if they need to replace their blades, they ran over sprinkler heads and left them in the street, and they completely missed certain areas. I called the company. They said I still had to pay for the service but MAYBE they will come back out to fix my sprinkler heads. I called them to see when they will be back out so I can water and turns out the area manager is going to be out of town. He never called.

The crew and equipment is nothing like the pictures. total scam. The two guys who showed up were not in uniform nor had vests, their vehicle was unmarked old and beat up, the lawn mower is the size I bought my son when he was 14 except mine was new and in good condition. They did not bag the grass and they do not haul away.

I cancelled my future services and deleted my credit card. They are actually considering charging me for my cancellation. I will let them fight me for it. My credit card is no longer in their file. Horrible service and it starts from the top. No bueno. Go somewhere else

I am editing my review to respond to the owners response below. No one has called me to follow up or fix anything. The owner responded so everyone will think they take responsibility. Please don't be fooled. NO ONE has called or attempted to fix anything. buyer beware.

update: another week has gone by. My husband fixed my sprinkler and no one ever called. They took my hundred dollars and never fixed their job. This is why they want your credit card upfront. They know you won't pay unless forced or tricked. I'm seriously considering small claims because companies should nt treat consumers like this. Everyone needs their money these days and this is a big con job.

It was super easy to get in touch with this company. They responded right away to my need for lawn care. This company has a portal I can access to manage frequency, scheduling, and billing information. And, the folks who took care of my lawn did a great job!

I have mixed feelings about the company. Setting up services was very easy and pleasant.
Once my first appointment came, no one showed up. The next day they made sure to send the team and apologized.
2 weeks later, same thing happens. I call and they say I rejected service, but no one came to our door. Come to find out, the team went to the wrong house both times, and the first time they actually did the whole service for the wrong home, and the second time the owner stopped them. Again, very apologetic and not combative about their team making a mistake.
Hard to have confidence in a company that can’t go to the right address, especially when it’s on the front of the house, and does it multiple times. Both times they proved their claim of being able to schedule same day or next day services, so that’s a plus. The team just shows up and does their job, and they’re very efficient and don’t just laze around; we have a decent sized yard, and they do it quickly and they do it well. And it’s not super expensive compared to have we’ve paid for smaller yards with other companies.

We’ll see how our third appointment goes. We haven’t signed up for additional services that they offer since we don’t know if we’ll stick with them if we keep having issues. We hope to be able to stay with them.

I have been using Just Right Lawn for over a decade. They are always in and out with the quickness. I use to say, that could not have fished that fast. When indeed they were. Highly recommend their services!

I had great service with this company for over a year, but since March/April of this year there have been missed visits that I was still charged for, and a comedy of errors where I finally decided to cancel.

While they have always been responsive and willing to fix billing errors, they have reported limited days and crews to come out to fix my lawn. The most recent crew continuously blows grass cuttings all over my mulched garden beds and they damaged my gate during one of their visits and have been very slow to send someone out to look at it for repair. I finally cancelled service. I don’t know what is going on with their newer service crews, but it is not the customer service that I was previously receiving.

As a positive, the office team is very responsive to pictures and correcting billing concerns quickly when they do make a mistake with billing.

Just Right Lawns has been incredibly reliable, and the lawn always looks excellent. Hernandez does a fantastic job and I highly recommend him!

Used Just Right lawns for 6 months and it’s great! Prices are reasonable with wonderful service. I work full time and go to school part time so I don’t have time to do the lawn. Recommend them highly!

The Team finished my lawn just yesterday and I saw them pickup debris and wind blown objects from the Lawn before leaving!!! That’s taking Pride in your work!!!

The best type of service is one that you don’t have to think about. They come to the house and take care of the lawn and it’s always a great job. The payment comes out as auto pay. No fuss, great service.

We have used this company for years and have always been happy with the both the people who come to service our lawn to the people who work in the offices. They are prompt, professional and thorough.

My experience initially did not start off great. I did have two instances where I needed to call in to get clarification and a better understanding of the service provided. Vanessa and her teammate were amazing at addressing my issue hearing the concerns that I had and making notes on the account. They explained how their office has direct communication with area manager and have communication with the crew. Special thanks to the crew for their attention to detail. I’ve been using Just Right Lawns for a few weeks and and they are absolutely wonderful! They’re always on time, and they’re so quick and efficient - my lawn gets done within 5-10 minutes! The cost is fair and competitive and payment is so simple and easy. I don’t see myself cancelling any time soon.

Very disappointed with the service I received, schedule the service for real estate pictures, looks like the service was completed by the neighborhood kid pushing a lawnmower. They offered me a $10 dollar credit, totally unacceptable, would not recommend this company.

Always dose ok on lawn, didn't blow leaves or grass at all this time. Leaving a mess. Typically you guys do a good job but services is getting worse in worse over the year. Going to canceling and moving to new mowing company.
