Difference between Home Depot and Lowe’s….HD associates seem a bit miserable?? Like I’m such a bother to have wanted to check out lol

The paint department at that time it was a yung gentelmen and a yung laddy thay were awsom help. Also in the garden area was a yung gentlemen he was helpful...now in the harware, lighting, and lumber no luck seeing anyone asking to be help at all I have been in and out all home depots about 15 plus times per month and all stores are the same....for us time is money I don't see why homedepot doesn't has management's that force that to employees as soon I go to any homedepot you see crowds of employees talking, hiding, and running from work or customers..... Need to hire new management that won't be alow to have faviorisomes on employees.....Need managers walking the stores also asking and helping customers pushing the employees and paying attention on the kind of help that provide us the customers..... for the paint, and garden department AT THAT TIME A 5 STAR. all other a BIG 0 ZERO NO STAR....

Only because my phone asked but I love this place. But I took my Mother to ho buy a Christmas tree tonight around 530 6pm. There was 2 employees in the garden center that felt like were just trying to leave. My Mother is going to be 70 years old and the lack of service was unacceptable but the attitude was unexpected. Watch the camera. I frequently go to you guys for everything else and this is the first time I was treated badly. She wouldn't even respond to me when I needed help. Poor customer service on her part but I don't believe it is home depot. I spoke with other associates that were on point. I really hope management looks into to this. My brother told me to get a manager involved but the experience was already to much for my Mother. I love home depot but this experience was totally uncalled for.
