Lots of empty shells in a little disorganized

Very busy and not enough help!

Clean and well stocked. But finding someone was difficult.

Store is clean, but rep needs to acknowledge customers with more than a uhuh with his back turned. I can understand busy but never too busy to serve a customer.

Always busy! Not enough help? Who knows?

I decided to buy these plates for $7. But i have been fooled before, so i found an employee who checked and they scanned 12.47. Employee said they were going to fix it and thanked me for telling them. I snapped the photo because i already knew. Right before checking out, i found a manager and told him i was ready to go and showed him photo and told him i didnt want a hassle at checkout. Dont worry he said. Just show photo. Ha ha ha ha.
Fortunately, there was a human cashier available after a short 20 minute wait. Before she began to scan, i told her the situstion and showed my pic. Well i go by what the upc code scans she said.
I said i already spoke to 2 employees, one of whom was a manager, and i was told it was an error and that all i had to do was show you this photo. If the plates are not $7 then what is?
Well i cant see the entire price she said. Look at the price next to it. If it was for instance $7.56, you would be able to see the price, the picture clearly shows that. The irritated cashier refused to follow my logic, and so i decided not to enlighten her further. She scanned it, 12.47. She looked at me. I patted the plates and said i am not going to pay 12.47, i am going to pay 7.00.
Well what am i supposed to do? I looked at her and shrugged. Guess you are going to have to call someone or something.
Anyway, i did get out of there about 15 minutes later, having paid 7.00. I wish i could have left the cashier in better spirits. I really didnt set out to be difficult. But look at the photo. Folks, this is done intentionally, and if you self checkout, you are SOL. It is just wrong. And if I am in front of you someday, slowing down the line, try to understand, because someone has to push back, and it isnt always easy.

I love the stores garden center because they have the best folag plants that are so beautiful and healthy.I highly recommend y'all go see their garden center.

Went to check out and cashier just stayed sitting and barely acknowledged me. Then pretended to go through her jacket to ignore me more.
