Raymond and his team have provide excellent service for all of my landscape needs. From design, installation, fencing, and irrigation. Very competitive pricing and most importantly, great service after the fact. He has been very responsive to any questions or issues. I continue to use him on a regular basis. He has a very loyal customer base her in the Canyons at the Senic Loop.

That is absolutely not the work or representation of the precision to the landscaping that I’ve personally experienced. Raymond and his crew did a fantastic job on our new build. They added new sod, landscaping, irrigation and fencing. Raymond was great at communicating to us throughout the entire process and has remained available for questions even a year after the work was completed. The quality of the work was excellent and we will definitely use them again for future needs.

Couldn't be happier. Raymond and his team were great to work with. After a pool install, we needed the works in our backyard. After receiving a crazy high quote for just a basic landscaping job, we found Sunshine Landscaping. Raymond gave us some great ideas with a great design. His team put in a french drain, moved an existing tree, planted new palm trees, laid all new of our sprinklers, built a retaining wall, planted a ton of flowers and shrubs as well as laid beautiful Zoysia grass....our neighbors are envious. Not only did he give us an amazing price, he even included sprucing up our front yard... trimming our existing tree, planted some color in our flower beds and replinished mulch. His team was reliable and professional. After a pool leak, they were understanding and flexible with their schedule to allow the pool people to come in and make necessary repairs. They worked great with our pool team, and ensured everything was repaired for us. We plan to use him for all of our landscaping projects going forward.

We hired Raymond with Sunshine Landscaping to completely redo our front yard and to actually make our backyard useable by adding a 5 ft high retaining wall and filling it in with dirt and sod on top. We were very pleased with the results of the work that was done that we continued on with Raymond to complete another large area between our house and our neighbors which was just dirt at the time. We had gotten multiple bids to do that area and were disappointed by the high quotes we were getting to do just a minimal amount of landscaping. Raymond planted several beautiful oak trees as well as crape myrtels along our driveway. He also installed new irrigation as well. It looks absolutely beautiful. Raymond also includes a landscape lighting package with most of his jobs. The lighting wasn’t something we were looking to do at the time we hired Sunshine but am glad he provided it for us in his bid. It looks beautiful at night. We also ended up using Sunshine to fence in our backyard with just a basic wrought iron fence. They did the same fence that one of the local companies had given us a bid on for quite a bit less. All in all we are extremely pleased with everything Raymond did for us and hope he will be able to help us with all of our landscaping needs in the future. The crew that he used were very friendly and were very reliable. We would highly recommend Sunshine Landscaping.

Update 4-15-24
Sunshine/Raymond just finished another project for me. This was a big one including removing large amounts of rock and replacing it with decorative shadow stone with white rock accents. It looks great, we couldn’t be more pleased. We have recently added monthly lawn care to his services. He is quick to respond and shows up when he says he will.

We just had our front yard beautifully revamped by Sunshine Landscape. They replaced our nearly-dead shrubs with lush tropical plants which should better handle the shady front garden area. They also replaced much of our grub-destroyed St. Augustine front lawn with very healthy sod, and expertly repaired a broken low brick wall that surrounds some oak trees which got too big for the enclosure. Finally, Sunshine repaired a composite garden border that had snapped in several places.

We couldn’t be happier with the work, which was completed in a timely manner. The owner, Raymond Dady arrived the same day we requested an estimate. He quoted us a more-than-fair price (including a military discount) then went above and beyond by providing more plants and sod than specified in the estimate. Raymond is friendly, easy going and a pleasure with whom to work. All of his workers are skilled professionals. You won’t be disappointed if you select Sunshine Landscape to beautify your home!

My home is about 40 years old, so it goes to say that our
Landscaping was getting a little sparse. I decided to reach out to Sunshine landscaping. We started a project in March and now everything is well established and my yard is looking amazing. My breezeway has never looked more beautiful. Sunshine landscaping employees, were very prompt and courteous. As we were working on the design, I changed a few things the crew was quick to adapt to my request. Raymond and his team installed over 100 plants including 15-foot oaks. The job was especially tricky because the limestone was only 6 inches beneath the surface and was solid. Despite the unexpected setback, the crew used jackhammers for several extra days to get the job done correctly and planted at surface level. They fixed small irrigation damages that happen during such an installation and kept the property tidy. The workers were respectful and focused. All-around a satisfied customer: good advice, good availability, good price, and good results.

Raymond and his crew worked quickly to get my job done ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with his communication and adaptability as the project progressed. From irrigation to concrete work to reworking my landscaping, all of his crew were excellent at what they do! Raymond was on the job site every day to make sure that I was happy.
