Jeff and his team have been doing my yard now since I moved to Texas in 2023. These guys go above and beyond to make sure that my grass is always cut in a timely manner. They maintain my yard every 10 days. They go above and beyond for their customers and they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

My front yard was dug up to repair drainage system. After trying my best to build the yard up myself, I got a fast quote from Jeff the owner. He broke down pricing for each thing, how much sod I needed, tree trimming, and sprinkler maintenance.

I reached out on a Tuesday at 2pm for a quote and he and his team finished everything by friday noon. Very nice guys, know what their doing and want your yard to thrive.

Jeff McCain and his crew did an amazing job with my yard. I originally wanted my gates replaced and just added more and more services as we went along. He was always accommodating and provided timely quotes each time we added more. He turned my drab backyard into an oasis. I had my fence replaced, placed decayed granite down the side yards for a beautiful pathway, deconstructed a homemade gazebo structure that was about 16 years old and turned it into a beautiful flagstone patio with a railing around the patio. They moved my shed from one spot to another and the built a very nice flower bed, plus sodded the back yard. They also turned an empty area in the front into a flagstone area. I am so pleased with the results. I have had so many wonderful comments from neighbors and family. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew! I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they did turning my yard into a place I want to sit in and enjoy. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

I recently received a small bag containing a coupon for work from a local small business called McCain Enterprises landscaping Services. Being a small business owner myself I appreciate other like businesses so to speak. I had been looking for some Minor masonry work and major landscaping so I reached out to Jeff who is the owner. I found him to be extremely professional and very fair priced. Suffice it to say. The work he provided was fantastic. I will most definitely be passing along his information.

Edit: Jeff, drive-by littering isn’t marketing or an ethical way to drum up clients. Try earning business without throwing trash on someone’s driveway.

Absolutely best decision we made going with Mr. McCain! Our backyard was a jungle and they completely transformed it. We just love how everything turned out. Completely upfront with costs and really listened to us. Removed multipe dead trees, leveled, added sod, added patio, added play area, built dog area, installed new gates, and built the pergula for us! Very happy customer!!! We will be returning for our future projects.

Updated my review a year after workmanship. Proof is in the pudding. All three pieces have cracked.... Buyer beware.

I posted a message on next door asking for recommendations to redo my front yard. He reached out to me and told me to apply on his website.I asked him to draw me what he was going to do. He said he was going to decline my business because I didn't give him a yes. I told him I needed to see a design. I couldn't act on just what you've done for other customers. All houses are different. However he never gave me a design. Just sent me pictures of previous houses.. Stupidly I hired him. I thought everything was going great. However for numerous weeks I asked him to send me colors of the brick for masonry wall. It took him forever until he sent me what he thought I would like. He was at acme brick for 35 minutes and said he was just going to bring a color brick. I told him I didn't want that color because it didn't match the house. We could have avoided all this had he sent me the colors earlier. And when he got to the place, he argued with me about the color. I told him it doesn't match. I spoke to Kyle at acme brick and within 5 minutes he found one for me. I found one that I liked and he came to do what he said he was going to however It was cheaply done. I showed him I wanted a step down tier and gave examples to the masonry guy via photo. When I came out to check it wasn't done with the tier So they redid it. Everything was paid in full. After a few days I noticed some of the block looked cheaply done on the side. I asked him to come back out to fix it and he has now not returned any of my phone calls and blocked my number I even sent an email to his personal email address to return my call.
If a business blocks your number and doesn't return your calls then doesn't that show who's at fault??? Instead of reaching out to me after reading my review, he decided to blatantly lie. Highly not recommended.. Somebody in business for 24 years and you would think you'd get better work than this.. buyer beware. Check other reviews you'll see the same experience.

Great service from McCain Enterprise Landscaping. They cleaned and sodded my backyard and trimmed several trees with care and professionalism. I am also a repeat customer for their mowing and maintenance services. Highly recommend.

Hired him to repair my Sprinkler system. Took him over three weeks to repair my system and it is still not functional. Had to hire another Sprinkler Company and paid $450.00 to fix Cruz Lawn poor workmanship

Raul responded quickly and was knowledgeable, reliable, and affordable. He also took the time to explain things clearly so I understood what was wrong with my sprinkler system. Highly recommended!

Very professional and highly dependable. The gentleman did an extraordinary job. There was not a single issue. He even fixed the other company's mistakes. I couldnt believe how my system worked and best of all he showed me the differences in the watering there was. My gardens and yard look amazing . You can't even tell ive had a system put in. I also needed some yard maintenance done as well he was able to knock it out same day. Perfect one stop shop. Ill be sure to use them again. The coupons came in handy as well. Please do not use this man to put in your sprinkler system. He rarely showed up to do the work he started and in the end he totally destroyed my yard. Mr. Cruz is not equipped to put in a sprinkler system. He started digging up my yard without a trencher and kept telling me the trencher would be at my home eventually. He does not have the man power or the equipment to do the work. He is unreliable and inexperienced. Use him at your own risk. He also is posting reviews for himself.
