This is a retaining wall that Done Right Landscaping did for me and now after months and after several masonry guys have said it was built wrong, Ray wants more money to fix it. He says that the agreement does not have any warranty or guarantee. However, when it was built wrong, he should make it right. I will never recommend using Done Right Landscaping.

I have only completed the consultation, but I am already impressed with Ray from Done Right Landscaping. I was planning on only a small job due to bad experiences in the past to test the waters, but after speaking with Ray I asked for help on redoing my entire backyard and fence. Very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. Looking forward to seeing my dream backyard completed!

A very reasonably priced landscaper. I had 4 quotes and it was evident the others were charging for extra sod I didn’t need. Ray and his team are honest, great communication and no hidden costs or surprises.

We had DRL come out to do some stonework around our garden, lay down sod, and trim some trees. It was a lot of work, but they were always on time and got the job done in a timely manner. And it looks great! Ray was very reasonable, fair, and honest.

The work is subpar at best. The crew did not dig deep enough or tuck the fabric in properly. This is causing the grass to grow through the rocks and weed barrier. I talked to the owner and he keeps blowing me off about a crew coming to fix it. It has been about 6 weeks since I brought it to Ray's attention. I would recommend looking somewhere else for work. I gave him plenty of time but he is a shady character.

Had limestone landscaping and mulch replaced with river rock and the front looks so much better. The guys at "Done Right Landscaping" did a very nice job. Will use them for any future projects.

Had additional work done to the backyard to beautify where the grass wouldn't grow along the back fence, looks 100% better,

Ray did a great job landscaping our backyard. We are so happy with the end result. The company is responsive and finished the job within a week.

The employees were very quick and professional. I let them do their thing and gave them the flexibility to perform work how they saw fit. They did a great job and the project turned out fantastic. Prices are slightly above competitors, but they did a stellar job and they provide the contractual legal paperwork for the project which you would expect from a company with high standards. Contracts works both ways, and the documentation is a great complement to outstanding work provided. Warm fuzzy feelings all around. Highly recommended.

Ray responded extremely fast! Within the day, we set up time for him to see our backyard mess. Soon after he gave me a quote back and we discussed the options. He was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make this entire process effortless. The rain delayed the project slightly, but beginning of the week his crew was here and completed the job by the end of the day! Will definitely invest in another backyard project in the future. Done Right Landscaping does quality work with great customer service. They're attention to detail is top notch. I was glad to have gone with them for a decomposed granite drive way to back yard.

Working with Jacob from Done Right Landscaping was a great process from the very first phone call. I explained my situation and Jacob asked for pics and videos immediately which the other landscapers I called didn’t even care to do. I received a quote immediately and they were out here next available day! The workers were also super respectful and hard working. I love my new yard- it was originally dead weeds and grass (see pics) now it’s river rock! I believe in saving water and didn’t want to put grass but was still looking for something cost effective and cool. I can’t stop staring at it. Love it. Will be using these gentlemen all the time on some other projects in the near future.

Ray and company had excellent communication from start to finish. The crew was professional and friendly. They were meticulous and very neat with the locale. The work was impeccable. They used a high quality grass and left the locale looking fantastic. I highly recommend them!

What a crew. Ray has some exceptional landscapers on his team. Alex and Marcos did a phenomenal job of turning our "mud pit" into a real lawn.

Ray had great ideas on functional improvements that went along with our HOA rules, such as adding flagstone for a walkway, and large mortared brick for our flowerbed so my kids don't destroy it! He approached the project just like he approached his quotes: reasonable and flexible. Though he didn't perform the work himself, he came out three times during the project. The first to hear our ideas, the second after finalizing the quote before signing a contract, and the third to walk the crew through the contract. All three times I was left impressed.

The work took a bit longer than they expected due to some unforeseen hiccups, but they honored the contract and completed the work 100% to my satisfaction. Would hire again.

The team did a wonderful job. They did our whole backyard in 2 days! Sod installation, metal border along whole fence and borders with granite areas along both sides of the house, flowerbed and by patio. Ray’s team was professional and responsive. We are very pleased!

if you want great quality work at a great price done right is the right place to go. i was not able to be their most of the time when the were working on my backyard. but every thing ray and i talked about doing to my back yard was completed above my expectations. he even went one step above and built a retaining wall around my air conditioning unit and removed my back step. but when i was able to be their his employees were very helpful and informative on what they were doing. when i decide to finish the bottom half i will definitely be calling him back to finish the job here are a few pictures
