Edward does great work and he is reliable. He's well connected with good people who will do a quality job and not overcharge for the landscaping products or services you need.

My wife and I were delighted with Zion Lawn Care. We used them for a variety of lawn and flower bed cleanup and the results were fantastic.....and beautiful. They were careful to do each task as I wanted it done, and we are thrilled with the results, AND look forward to using them again for other jobs.

Edit 2: The owner did come out to personally visit with me. He was very polite and professional and did apologize for the original appointment date. He was great about following up after the appointment and was available for any questions or concerns. I appreciate them making the extra effort to make it right, which is way more than most companies post covid where customer service seems to lack. Having giving them a second chance and seeing how they operate, I have no hesitation recommending them.

Edit 1: The following morning after the original review, I did get a personal contact from the owner. He was very apologetic and owned their mistake without excuses. He did offer to make it right with a new in-person meeting and provided me with his direct contact, which was appreciated. We agreed to try it again and if all goes well, I'll make a second edit with that experience taken into consideration.

Had a 1 o'clock consult call scheduled. After about 15 minutes of no contact, I called the office to touch base. I was told someone would be calling me back any second. After another half hour I called again and let them know they were now 45 minuets late for the call. Again they apologized and said someone would be calling. Now past an hour with no call back and it's clear they don't need my business. Disappointed because I was excited to talk with them based on the good reviews, but I guess it's on to the next one.

I have been so pleased with the work Kramer and Edward have done for me. My yard looks neat, trimmed - just impeccable. I I like that they are very efficient. Could not be happier.Highly recommend you talk to them about your lawn needs

I was looking to upgrade the look and functionality of my yard, and had a very good experience. Edward came to my house and gave me recommendations based on what I was looking for, then once engaged, the team did great work, with no negative surprises. Good follow up too. Would recommend for landscape projects.

I was referred to Zion lawn care for their professional Christmas light hanging. after speaking with several companies I decided to use them For our business ( Bobby J's Old Fashion Hamburgers on Helotes) and I am so glad that I did.The job itself ended up being double the scope of work we anticipated due to some electrical issues and they were pleasant despite all of the obstacles that arose. The entire time they kept such positive attitudes and never decided it was too much to handle. We will definitely be using them in the years to come and I would highly recommend giving them a try for your Christmas light hanging or your lawn care simply for their awesome customer service. Thank you guys so much again for all of your help, hard work, rising to the occasion and not giving up. My landscapers better not mess up either because I know who to call now 🤣

Zion has been taking care of all my lawn needs for more than a year, making sure the seasonal applications of fertilizer, weed pre-emergent, aeration, and top dressing. My lawn is beautiful and the grass is to be envied. I highly recommend Zion for anyone who cares about their lawn.

These guys did a great job installing our re-sod.
The grass was beautiful. Go ahead and use Zion. You won’t regret it. Except the new grass in back yard they installed made our existing grass in front yard not look so good. Now I want them to take out old grass in front and replace it with the beautiful grass they installed in backyard.

Edward and his team are first rate! He checked in with me at the start of work and at conclusion. Had a little sod left over from the front so I asked if he minded hitting a bare spot in the back. No problem!! Workers all very personable and eager to know what I thought every time I poked my head out to check the progress.

What I will be very interested in when we move is having him do artificial turf and xeriscaping. If we were planning on staying I would have had him do it here.

The best thing about Zion which I find uncommon these days is the timeliness and professionalism from quoting the job to completing it. Outstanding!

I switched to Zion over a year ago after my previous lawn servicing company repeatedly failed at consistency and reliability. I have not regretted my decision once. Zion does a great job arriving when they say they will. When weather impacts, they are quick to reschedule. You know you have a great service provider when you never have to think about it.

It's been a long time since I've had service like this and Zion Lawn Care is the BEST!!! Kramer was kind and helpful with recommendations during the consultation, scheduling was all through text and links, literally easy as 1-2-3. The work began on time, and as I watched through the windows periodically, I was honestly amazed at how my overgrown yard was being revealed as a well kept oasis. A total treat! Zion Lawn Care BLESSED me with great service, and now I have a great yard I can enjoy!!!! I am booking another service and plan to tell the whole world about them!!!!

Zion Lawn and Landscaping was the best choice we could have made. From the initial contact to even after the job was done they have always been ready to answer any questions in record time.
