EXCELLENT SERVICE.
The gentleman who did the application of fertilizer circled around to return because he realized he'd forgotten to close one of the back yard gates. That is exceptional service.

I liked them at first as I needed someone to look at my tree and they came right out and told me that unfortunately it had been killed by the big freeze. I have now tried several times to set up an appointment to get the tree removed and they have not been responsive or helpful. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bartlett crew did a great job doing exactly what was proposed and left our yard clean of all trash. Also, done on time and as scheduled. Well done!

Love Bartlett. They’ve always taken great care of my trees and they’ve even saved a few of them.

Called for someone to look at my tree. Robert Hearne came out for the appointment. Said my tree was dead and was going to give me an quote by email. I asked to have the tree removed and to be replaced and also treat two other trees. Called the office about the quote and was told it was not sent but would be. Three days later I have not received a quote. Maybe my job is too small for them I don’t know. Not at all a professional company. I will be calling someone else.

I called today to try to get an estimate for my house and two of my neighbors who were all interested in tree trimming. They had come in the past. We all work regular hours and I was told the only time they have to give estimates was 10-2:30 Monday to Friday. That seems like a limited business model. I explained the houses had trees in the front and they would be able to see them without the residents there. When I stated that I was a teacher and it was a stretch for me to take a sick day to get an estimate for tree work............they didn't suggest any other time that was available........after 4 or on the weekends. Wow. They must have a lot of business to turn away 3 houses all at once.

We met with John, the arborist, who spent a good amount of time discussing what we needed. He sent an email with the plan and quote to which I responded with several questions regarding what was
didn’t receive a reply so after a week I called the office and asked if he could either respond to my email or call me if he had questions. I still didn’t hear back so after over another week I again called the office with the same requests or, if they didn’t want to do the job, they would let me know so I could find another company. After another wait of well over a week I’ve heard or received nothing.
I felt the questions I asked were reasonable, but if they were annoyed or upset by them they could have told me. If they didn’t want my business I feel they could have shown me the courtesy of saying that when I asked them.
I liked their original proposal and said I anticipated going forward with the work. My email was sent on September 15 after receiving their quote on September 13. After hearing nothing from them I believe my poor review is justified.

Julian and Lewis did such amazing work on my home, taming my crazy forest and making everything look beautiful and more healthy. I also appreciate the insights of my arborist John Worrell to help me take good care of all of my trees.

We LOVE having Bartlett help us take care of our trees. Today they are extremely healthy. Their team is so professional, courteous, personable, and respectful; besides being highly skilled. They are an excellent team. Highly recommend them!!!

Chris, Ben, and Mario came out and cleaned up a tree in our backyard along with some dead branches throughout the yard. They worked hard and took the time to make sure we got what we wanted. Yard looks great now!

Can't believe how much we liked the crew that came to our home! They were so efficient and friendly and actually performed professionally. Recommended them to neighbors with no hesitation that also need tree work done.

January 2026 update: Chris and Sam were here today for our annual tree trimming. Could not have asked for better service. No. 1.....Safety is foremost to these guys. You can just watch them and see they don't take any chances.
No. 2......Walked our site with Chris for discussion of what work to be done. Chris and Sam were in-tune with Jacob (Arborist) and my discussions about work to be done. Chris has an unbelievable memory. He recalled specific trims that he had done last year.
No. 3......Chris and Sam did not waste any time. The are motivated, focused and detail oriented. Just the guys you would want to take care of you.
No. 4......When you look at the amount of work done and the quality of the work done.....the price is more than fair. The guys leave the yard looking better than when they came.
No. 5......Bartlett will always take care of my trees!
No. 6......EXCELLENT JOB BARTLETT TREE EXPERTS!!!

January 2024 update: Today, the outstanding team of Chris, Richard and Randy performed our annual tree trimming. Their top notch work was planned by Jacob, our Arborist. Jacob is excellent. We have total trust in his recommendations. We could not ask for better work and attitudes. Also, Christie from the office is on top of her game. She makes sure that we know when they are scheduled and will answer, or get you answers in a timely manner. The 3 guys are a great SAFETY CONSCIOUS team. They were on time, responsive to questions and suggestions. EXCELLENT COMPANY AND EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES. Call them!

I have been using Bartlett for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. Jacob is easy to contact and very knowledgeable about his business. Chris, Luke and Richard are the best. The are prompt, courteous, professional, detail oriented, customer focused and SAFETY CONSCIOUS. EXCELLENT COMPANY, EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES!

I have used Bartlett and I'd recommend Bartlett Tree company without hesitation.

I have used Bartlett for two different services: damage preventive tree removal and storm damage restoration. They are very professional and are experts in the field. (This isn't your cousin Joe's second cousin who cuts down trees on the side; these are high quality professionals.) They probably cost more than Joe's cousin but they are worth it! Botched tree work can take years to recover, if ever.

I wouldn't trust anyone other than Bartlett for my tree work. My last job was completed by Jorge and Dani. They were friendly, professional and left the job site looking great! Highly recommend!

I love working with Tony (arborist) keeping my trees healthy. We bought a 9 year old house 3 years ago and the trees needed attention. Then the 2021 Texas freeze came along and they needed more attention. I lost one small pine tree, but Bartlett has helped me get the other trees back to health and taught me how to maintain them. The crews are professional, helpful, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

The gentleman who cut the trees were professional, courteous and personable. They left the yard looking great. The tree trimming really opened up the spaces in the trees. It just feels so much more open and healthy.
