On six (6) occasions over the past 10+ years we have benefited from Bartlett Tree Experts excellent service. Recently we utilized their landscaping expertise in addition to tree maintenance to provide us a park-like environment. I my experience and opinion, they have established and maintain a program of excellence. That I would not hesitate to use.

I’m extremely happy with my entire experience with Bartlett tree service (from beginning to end).
So often the initial experience (speaking with a polished spokesperson) doesn’t come close to the end experience (dealing with workers who are difficult to communicate with and not being impressed with the work done).
The entire experience was A+ (superior)!!!

I have used their services for years. I have always had professional service from knowledgeable members of the Bartlett team. My trees look great. They clean up my yard perfectly when they finish trimming my trees.

Thanks for a job well done. Mr. Luke Zinsmeister got everything down that we wanted and provided an estimate that evening as promised. He was able to provide a crew within days to do the job.
Richard and Randy showed up right on time. Walked the yard and pointed out what they would be doing. They moved a lot of pots of flowers and yard ornaments to ensure there was no damage. After they had removed all the cuttings to the street, they cleaned up the yard and put everything back. There wasn’t any damage to our home or privacy fence.
My wife and I are very pleased with the whole project from start to finish.
Thanks to Christi for scheduling Luke to provide an estimate so quickly, e-mailing information to us and a reminder call as well.

If you love your trees, you will love Bartlett Tree Experts. Luke’s extraordinary knowledge and Randy and Richard’s expert skills were on full display. They were so efficient, and my trees are beautifully trimmed. Not only that, they were polite and cheerful, which truly made my day.

Can't say enough about the professionalism of Bartlett's workers who came to prune my Pecan trees. They respected my property as if it was their own and took great care to protect anything that could potentially be damaged. Their workers also took safety very seriously when it came to climbing up the trees, cutting and dropping or lowering any cut branches. When they finished they took their time cleaning thoroughly to make sure they left our yard looking good.
They also provided me with a report on the health of my trees overall and offered additional reminders and tips for maintaining the trees.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone who has had a bad experience in the past with tree trimmers who leave their cards around the neighborhood. These guys are professionals, they are worth the money!

Today I had Brandon, Robert and Gustavo trim a very tall Spruce tree. They did a beautiful job thinning out the branches and taking about 3 feet off the crown as the top was leaning over quite a bit.
These very polite and professional gentleman showed up on time cleaned everything up afterwards.
I have used Bartlett Tree Experts in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

We absolutely recommend Bartlett to anyone who needs tree work. We previously used a company with an ISA certified arborist who sent out less than knowledgeable trimmers and so we were nervous for any follow-up work. When we contacted Bartlett I was immediately struck with their professionalism. Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable and talked through the trees on our property as well as how to best care for them. When it came time for the service, the employees who came out were professional, courteous, and meticulous. They let us know thought processes for taking care of the mature trees and provided suggestions for future plantings. Our trees look great, healthy, and well -maintained now! We'll be sure to use them for any needs we have in the future.

I apologize for not remembering the 2 tree trimmers names , but they were wonderful to work with on Dec 31 on Regal St. They did a beautiful job and ww'll be happy to call Bartlett again..

We used them for a year, but they never solved one of my largest issues with one of my trees. They said it needed surgery and we paid them for that surgery, but now the issue has worsened because it was never correctly addressed. My Oak tree looks worse than ever and when I asked the "specialist" after a year of their other treatments and surgery, he offered to test the soil. At this point I have lost all confidence in them wanting to actually solve problems, as they want to be able to keep charging you for their quarterly maintenance. They are good at cutting down trees in a safe and professional manner, but the treatment of issues with living trees is questionable.

Great service. All are friendly, on time, helpful, agreeable to customer requests. Costly but you get what you pay for. Will continue to use Bartlett for necessary projects.
Needed my roof cleared for insurance coverage. Sad to cut down beautiful trees but required.

Luis, Antonio, Eric,Julian were absolutely the best crew from Bartlett Tree experts !!! They were hired ( again) for a huge job in Alamo Heights Tx and I will shout from the rooftops how professional and courteous and knowledgeable these gentleman are !! If you need the BEST Arborist (John Worrell) and tree crews ( the 4 listed above) then don’t look anywhere else .. they believe in making the client happy from initial visit to assess the property needs to the blowing of all debris at clean up .. can’t say enough !!! Thanks team for getting the properties ready for the crazy Texas Fall and Winter !!!

We highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts San Antonio for tree preservation and post-construction tree care in Alamo Heights.

We own a half-acre property in Alamo Heights, San Antonio, with approximately 20 mature trees, including live oaks, elms, and Texas mountain laurels. During a major home renovation, heavy equipment (bobcats and construction vehicles) drove throughout the yard, and multiple trenches were dug three feet deep for new footings, sewer lines, and electrical work. We were deeply concerned about soil compaction and root trauma.

Bartlett Tree Experts consulted with us before construction began and provided expert guidance on: trench direction and placement to minimize root damage, soil compaction mitigation strategies, root stimulation and recovery treatments, deep root feeding, and strategic pruning to reduce stress.

Their knowledge of mature live oak and elm preservation was exceptional. After construction, they implemented a comprehensive tree recovery plan that restored vitality and protected the long-term health of our landscape.

Best in town! We’ve been using them to take care of all of our stately Oaks along with our other trees for over 10 years now Jacob and his crew are true arborist not just tree Pruners. They think long-term and what’s best for the clients need not just trying to sell you on let me trim your branches, which takes a lot of education to know how to do it right let alone the art that goes with the science thanks for all the help Over all the years and would highly recommend them over any other Service in town to care for What can’t be replaced only cared for at your home.
