I had a 3-4 foot diameter stump i needed removed, called/texted Monday afternoon. He came out the next day and was done with it in 15 minutes, before lunch. The reviews are true, great service, very responsive, and i am very happy. This was the best money i have spent and saved me a lot of back breaking work, time, and probably cussing.

We had a centerpiece tree die in our back yard. Another company removed the tree but could not fit their equipment in to grind the stump. I called Andy. He managed to come on the weekend so I didn't have to reschedule my tree re-planting two weeks out. There was one place for a desperately needed shade tree in our small yard. Andy took the stump down several extra feet, to make room for the incoming 65-gallon tree for an additional fee. He shared significant tree knowledge with us, such as the trees he observes dying in the area, etc. We are so pleased with this experience!

Andy is very personable, responsive and professional. He completed the job within a much shorter time than my wife and I thought possible. We will certainly use his service if needed in the future.

Got lucky and called him in the morning to remove 2 mesquite tree stumps from my backyard and he happened to be near by on another appt and was able to swing by after. He was probably here for about 30 mins so the removal itself was really fast. It was cool to see him remote drive the large machine. I was worried about it fitting through the fence door but beforehand he said he needed about a 36 inch opening on flat ground (tilted yard or fence needs wider opening) to fit so I measured before booking and sure enough it was able to get through just fine. The price was very fair and less than I thought it would be. He gave me an estimate before coming out. I had spoken to another company before and it was going to be twice as much so I'm glad I found The Stump Guy.

After looking at the price of a rental and the hassle of doing it myself I decided to google for a stump grinding service. After I reached out to Andy via his website, Andy the owner texted me very quickly. He provided a quote via photos/text messages. I'll be honest having Andy come out and grind the stump was far cheaper then attempting to rent a grinder. Then you don't have to deal with going to pick it up and taking it back. You also won't have to deal with trying to figure out how to use it. Just call Andy he will get you taken care of.

I called on a sunday morning and within 6 hours he was available and did the whole stump removal plus another stump removal that wasnt done properly for our home and done within 1 hour or less. Cannot recommend Andy enough. After few days of unsuccessful search for a specialist that would be available (calls redirected to voicemail and no reply, "machine just broke down", they are too busy, they are on holidays) I reached out to "the Stump Guy", got a quote within the same day and next day the job was done! Andy also removed some additional tree roots we did not even consider initially, that would be problematic during landscaping - all at his own suggestion and at no extra cost. If everyone showed such a great professional attitude world would be a better place!

Considering explanation of his action plan, care in protection of property damage from airborne grinding debris, and use of a blower for street and driveway clean-up before departure. In addition, utilization of a tracked grinding unit did a fantastic job to minimize any ground disturbance when traveling in the yard between four different locations.
