I have used Sunray since 2007 and they have keep my pool clear even when my pool pump was not running- Kerry has always gone above and beyond to keep our pool in good shape.

We have been very pleased with Sunray Pool services. The gentleman that shows up weekly at our house is Ram. He is always pleasant and Always leaves our pool looking perfect!

Ram is my service guy. He is very nice and always does a great job. The pool is done quickly and is really clean and bright when he leaves.

This company is horrible stay away!! Bad communication and bad work. My husband talked to Jamie but he sounded like he had no care and was use to customers complaining. Softly rude if that makes sense. Pool was green all summer and felt helpless. When he told Jamie we were canceling he had no care and said ok. Moved on to a pool company who cares about you and their customers. Bad bad Business!!

We have been using this company for a few years now and the service continues to go down. Our pool never has enough chlorine despite the weather (hot or cold) and has had an algae problem for well over a year. I have emailed and called several times only to be told my expectations are too high and that they have tried to accommodate me by changing technicians several times (3 over a few years). Their website said full service includes weekly brushing, chemical treatment, and vacuum (this is no longer on the website). This is not the service we were ever getting. When I asked about this I was told the website was outdated and that the brushing and vacuuming is on an as needed basis. ​ ​ I am certain our chronic algae problem is due to poor maintenance. I spoke to them about the black algae and was told the pool needs to be brushed regularly and treated, I thought that was what I was paying for.... In the last 2 weeks I have been treating our pool for both black and green algae and large build up of scale; it is the best it has looked in the past 2 years.

Our technician is a nice man but is not capable of maintaining a pool of this size.​ ​ He doesn't come until the very end of the day and can barely walk up our driveway. He is only able to carry one, maybe 2 jugs of chlorine so that is usually what the pool gets unless I walk out and say something. He brushes the sun shelf and empties skimmer baskets. Occasionally, he has to get some leaves off the bottom. I always have to ask to have the pool vacuumed by sending an email earlier in the week or the next day after the technician has already come for the 10 minutes it takes him to dump chemicals and leave. Too many times I have been left scrambling to clean the pool before a party. The most recent was a few weeks ago and I emailed early in the morning the day before my scheduled service.

When we hired this company and paid for "full service" the expectation was the pool would be cleaned, brushed and chemically maintained on a weekly basis. I shouldn't have to call or email to request these services as they are not above and beyond the maintenance of a pool.

We are small business owners ourselves and customer service is of the upmost importance. You are seriously lacking in this department. We have canceled our service.​

Ram is terrific. He puts up with far too many oak trees around the pool and never complains. We often compare our achy joints and so far I’m in worse shape- but then he’s doing all the work

I had been a Sunray Pool Customer about 10 years give it take. I had been having issues with my pool turning green towards the end of the week prior to the next weekly visit. Thinking I was doing something wrong I switched from chemical only to full service and left it to the professionals. The following week Tuesday 6-22 we saw (nest cameras) the pool tech arrive and leave in 4 minutes. I called Sunray and spoke with Jaime assuming that an error was made and pool tech didn’t get the notice that I switched to full service. They would simply come back and scrub the pool. As you can see in the photos this is about 2 hours after they added chemicals. Walls where green. Jaime stated his tech was on site and did clean my pool and said I was lying. I told him I have a nest camera and he didn’t come by on the 21st and on the 22nd he was here 4 minutes. story gets really long after this. Bottom line Sunray refused to acknowledge a mistake was made. He said my pool was stained not greeen and that with x amount of years he has he knows what he is talking about. Never even attempted to hear me out or call the tech and ask. Just flat out argued from the initial phone call.

FYI, I switched companies, I have no more green pool and my pool isn’t stained. It looks amazing. Jaime is rude unprofessional and this is not my first time dealing with him. He has no business answering a phone for a company. He will cost you business. If it weren’t for him I would still be with Sunray.

These were taken 2 hours after their “full service” cleaning, which includes in the invoice : vacuum, Brush pool, emptying baskets, and cleaner bag , additionally managing pool chemicals. 190+$
They take a surface picture at the end with the pump running which causes reflections and hides any under the surface junk. I made sure this time to go home after and check the pool and took those pictures. The pool is absolutely disgusting, and is not swimmable. We expressed our dissatisfaction twice but to no avail. Very poor service and waste of money.

They damaged my system with a rock, admitted it on the phone, then left my pool off and refused to fix it. Justin (the owner’s son) was dismissive and unprofessional. Run from this company.”

Justin and Sunray Pool Service do a great job taking care of our pool! It’s always clean and sparkling. He’s very pleasant and efficient and the dogs also love him!

I have used Sun Ray Pool Cleaning services for several years not and it’s always to be a challenge. I have truly tried to be patient and understanding. I have read the reviews and I see they are blaming the home owner every time but I have run my pump 24/7 all summer and the water level is always proper and my pool is a green swamp! Here is a pic and I complain almost every week. This picture was taken at 11 pm on 8/22/25.

Working with Kerry and his entire team at Sunray Pools has exceeded my expectations. He shows up on time every week and does an excellent job keeping my pool clean and well-maintained.

After 45 years in business you’d think they were pros. WRONG! They threaded the filter housing unit on incorrectly. Yes it can happen, I understand. So it’s threaded incorrectly, gets stuck and guess what his genius way to get the treads unstuck?? A rock. Yes a rock. He grabbed a huge rock from the yard and pounded on the housing unit to fix his “honest mistake”. A rock ! He used a rock !! Come on. Do better. 45 years in the making and you’re providing a service like this. No you haven’t fixed it so don’t reply saying you fixed within 24 hours. This company is trash. The owners son is rude and hatful. Turns things around on the owner. Take your money somewhere else. And the owner of the company will soon reply below as if it’s not a big deal. Take your money somewhere else people. This company is a walking joke that uses rocks as Tools.

We’ve been using Sunray Pool Service for years. They do great work at a reasonable price. Ram cleans our pool and is very nice and professional.

One of the things I really like about this company is the consistency. Ram is here every Thursday to take care of my pool. Also I appreciate how fast Justin and Jaime are to act on any issues that come up due to storms or when I remove the LoopLoc at the start of the season. I started out with just chemical service and then switched to full service. Thanks guys!

Ram is on schedule and cleans and adds chemicals that keep my pool look ready to swim.
Ram is a good conscience worker and tradesman.who gets the job done right. He is highly recommended.
