I had a very bad experience with some work from these people. They replaced a water cut off and a pressure regulator valve on a newly built home almost 2 years later the water pressure regulator valve is between 80- 81 psi not even lasted two years and tell me to replace it is now my responsibility. Horrible experience and bad situation.

This is extremely unprofessional! I don't understand how this company hires people to be asleep inside the company vehicle! I saw this man asleep with his mouth wide open on my way to the grocery store. Getting back home, he's still in the van and now on his phone. 2hrs later when I started my jog down the neighborhood, now this man is either asleep or passed out. About 20-30 min later returning back home after my jog, he was still there but now on his phone watching videos! I feel sorry for the neighbor that's probably cooking inside with this heat! This company has been to my house for warranty purposes and now I'm wondering what kind of job was done if their people are sleeping in the company trucks. Makes me wonder if they're actually doing anything or just pretending to "work" while on their phones in the attic. Don't they have some kind of tracker to monitor their activities!?

Josh was awesome, came quick, repaired our AC quick, and was easy to work with. He is super knowledgeable and beat competitors prices, which was a nice bonus!

When my air conditioning wasn’t working I was able to get AirCo to come out on the same day to check it out. Josh was very informative and he was able to talk with me about the problem as well as fix it in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate him taking his time to explain everything to me.

Listen people this company is terrific! My AC stopped working at around 9p.m. I called them and was forwarded to their 24 hour support line. At 8 a.m, I received a call from Joshua and he was able to get me scheduled THAT SAME DAY! LaJeah called me to let me know when Joshua and Able were 30 minutes out. She was very professional and she made me feel like I was their number 1 priority! When Joshua and Able appeared, it was like they already knew what was wrong with my AC…. They were in and out in about 45 minutes. Not only did they fix the issue , but they addressed a lot of other issues that would have turned up later. I’m very appreciative of the service that they provided and will definitely recommend them to all my friends in the future.

They did a great job got us up and running . We have a woman shelter and family shelter . Our chiller went down they got it fix same day.

It’s hard to find a company that does great work at a fair price. I called Airco to help me with a small electrical problem. They were quick and very knowledgeable.

I called to get some issues resolved. The lady who answered my phone call, Ashley was very courteous and gave me the information I needed. I was able to resolve my issue quickly. Thanks y'all, keep up the great work!

Airco did an incredible job installing our new system. They went above and beyond making sure that things were done at the highest level.

The service was A+, 10/10, but my concern was with them trying to access my PayPal to make the payment. I’ve been sitting with this question for a few days now and I’m still confused as to why they thought this was ok. Why don’t you all have a reputable payment system? The audacity to ask for the code for my PayPal has me flabbergasted and concerned. Although the service was by far the best service I’ve received in a while, extremely reliable and informative, this payment situation leaves me hesitant to reach out again.

Josh was great. Always on time and answered calls. He explains everything to you and is very patient. Good guy and hard worker. I’m glad we used this company.

When our AC stopped working, we received quick call back from Airco Mechanical. The Service Professional (Joshua Guajardo) who responded the next day was extremely helpful, taking the time to answer many questions, as well as thoroughly explain all of our repair/replacement options. He even answered questions unrelated to the issue at hand, and his expertise and knowledge were very helpful. He didn’t rush the visit and spent extended time explaining, which was also much appreciated. This is the third time we have used the services of Airco Mechanical, and we would recommend them to others.
Addendum to original review: We just had a new AC system installed by Airco Mechanical a few days later. The two Technicians were very efficient, conscientious, and cleaned up well after. We were happy with the work and like the new system so far

Airco installed my outside condenser unit and my indoor evaporator coil. 4 months after the install i noticed my AC not cooling. Airco came out, found the problem, (a leak) and repaired my system on warranty for free. Their customer service is great!
