I've used Jon Wayne in the past and they always provide honest diagnosis of issues and high quality work. I used them recently to do a maintenance service on my heating system now with their awesome BOGO promotion and to check my AC in the spring for a very reasonable price. Jace, the technician was on time, very professional and knowledgeable.

Malachi was very thorough in his service today. He found a problem with the electrical connection for one of the heat strips and thoroughly explained it and detailed the resolution. He is very professional and brings great credit upon your company!

John Wayne Service Company delivered exceptional service on my recent plumbing issue. My technician, Mitchell Dotson, was knowledgeable, respectful, and worked efficiently from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and completed the job well ahead of schedule. Professionalism like this is rare, and I truly appreciate the quality of care. I highly recommend John Wayne Service Company and Mitchell Dotson to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

Mr. Cantu did a great performing his job, though his promise WAS NOT held up. Multiple persons told me, and I contracted for, the finishing work by the plumber would be done & completed on Wednesday, 21 Jan. At 2:30pm, I called Jon Wayne because their plumber was a No-Show. Then I was told the required work wasn't scheduled, though I had pre-paid for it. Now I must wait another week before my bathroom work is completed. So No,...I Am Not Happy!

UPDATE:
My water heaters, I have 2, stopped working over the weekend. I didn't call then as I didn't want to drag someone out on a cold weekend. I thought one of them was still working.
This morning I went to their website to to schedule an appointment online as I have done before. I went through the process and it said I'd have someone out today between noon and 4. They have always called to confirm and get more details, I never heard from them so I called to make sure they got me scheduled.
I spoke with Vicki who was very helpful. She didn't have any openings until a few days from now, I mentioned that I had no hot water. She said she'd get with the scheduling department and have them contact me. They did, but said it would be tomorrow afternoon.
I joined their preferred customer club, not sure of the name, but it was supposed to have some perks. They were out here January 19th servicing these water heaters.
Needless to say, I'm disappointed.
I've used other companies over the years, but Jon Wayne Service Company is all I'll use in the future.
Unmatched professionalism, their communication kept me informed as to when they'd arrive, they all have been respectful, courteous, and friendly. They worked hard and efficiently, too.
Again, great company to work with! -
As always a pleasant experience with my semi annual system tune up (heating primarily this time). Renee Acuna couldn’t have been nicer and took the time to explain what he was doing during the “tune up”. I have kept my contract for these semi annual tune ups so I don’t wind up with a malfunctioning HVAC unit.
Thank you all Jon Wayne and Renee Acuna.
After this service I was receiving low battery on my CO detector and I was getting a message a day. So I tried to take it off the wall to replace the battery, that turned out to be an issue, how to get it off the wall to replace the battery. After speaking with a CSR about it and trying what she told me to do with no success so I called them back and they had Benjamin Green stop by within 30 minutes! And although he had no experience with that particular detector he had the cover off in about 4-5 minutes. And it wasn’t the battery we were expecting but I have a drawer full of batteries so he replaced the batteries and remounted it. And next time I think I’ll be able to do it myself thanks to Ben Green and Everybody at Jon Wayne.
I highly recommend Jon Wayne for your HVAC and SmartHome projects and repairs. -
Michael was real nice. We discussed what was going on and he basically said “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”, I agree 100%. So I had another HVAC company (easy to say hard to spell-just a hint) come the day before and gave me a big price and really did not explain it. So I got a second opinion and it saved me $2,500.00!!! Go with Jon Wayne.

The service I had was unbelievably good. My Honeywell lyric thermostat would not connect to my Wi-Fi. The technician, Renee Acuna, spent about five hours trying to fix it. It wasn’t his fault, the instructions in the App were incorrect. But he never gave up. He kept trying different things. I kept expecting him to say, “I’m sorry this won’t work” or “I can’t spend more time on this.” Instead, he was very patient. He actually said “you have me all day if you need me.”
We finally called support and they told us that the App was wrong and what we actually should do. They actually left out a step in the process.
Then, when he was done, he continued the second thing he came for which was general maintenance of the system. I was sure he would say we’d have to reschedule that because the thermostat took so long.
It ends up he was supposed to work from 8 AM to 5 PM. He stayed until 6 PM.
During the whole process he was respectful and professional. I rarely get service this good from ANY company.
Kudos to Renee and Jon Wayne! -
The technician was very thorough explained to me everything he was doing, answered all my questions. He was professional courteous, and efficient. Lastly, their pricing was very affordable and straightforward no hidden costs. I recommend this company to fix your A/C!

We had a clean & seal job scheduled for our house which is probably about 30 years old and a custom build at that. The guys came over in the morning and, during the course of the work, had to deal with some challenges due to my home's unique construction. They went above and beyond the scope of work, created custom solutions for my home, and stayed to almost 10 pm on a Friday to get the job done without cutting corners. I truly appreciate the amount of work they did climbing in and out of my attic spaces (2 air handlers in two different attics in a 30 foot ceiling house) and now my HVAC system is clean, smells clean, works great, and in the best shape its probably been in since it was first built. They deserve more than 5 stars but its the best i can do. Thanks yall!

Christopher Ferguson was our tech & we loved him!! He explained everything in detail, answered all our questions & we just connected so well with him. So much so that we have switched from our previous company that we have been with for over 30 years. That’s provided we always get Christopher for our tech!!!

Benjamin arrived on time. Very professional, gave me a heads up on the service involved and went straight to work. Exit interview - Benjamin was detailed and pulled no punches on what I should expect in the future from my system and gave me a rough estimate of what I could expect from my system if and when it should fail. He informed me of Jon Waynes annual maintenance plan.
I highly recommend Jon Waynes Service Company and would use them in the future.
Although he forgot about the Veterans discount, he earned the difference. I'm a Happy Camper and YES I'M SMILING!!!! -
Had Peter and Edward at my house from Jon Wayne last few days doing electrical work. New panel box and new ReDevice for the whole house and new bathroom fans installed and vented. These guys were very professional and thorough in handling the issues that my home had. I also had two new light sconces added to the front of my garage. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done.

My house is 9 yrs old and I’ve been using Jon Wayne for atleast the past 5/6 years to service my ac/heat unit using their rescue club membership. Recently, my ac unit was not blowing cold air, so I called Jon Wayne to check it out. Lo and behold, the tech tells me that my air handler coil is shot (rusted) and that it was leaking Freon. How is it leaking Freon and rusted to death when they check it once or twice a yr? I saw pics of it and I was pissed. The guy said that I needed a new air handler or new ac system. I’ve also been experiencing some bathroom clogging in the master bathroom ( I’ll get to that later). The Jon Wayne tech offer to give me an estimate to repair or replace, which I thought about and then declined ( why would I use the same company for repair when it was their neglect that caused my system to be down in the first place?). Prior to this, I remembered that Jon Wayne had put some Freon in my system a few yrs back ( probably was leaking then). I paid $700+ for them to replace my AC capacitor, and $1200 for a new condenser motor in January 2025 (still paying for that). Long story short, a new air handler ac coil was $6700 and I still ran the risk of the condensor going out, plus there’s a new Freon out now. I elected to get a new complete, upgraded ac system. I’ve called Jon Wayne several times and requested management to discuss this situation and no one ever called, so here’s my review. Please look at the photos of my old ac unit and look at the coil so that you can see the damage on a 9 yr old coil. Remember the bathroom clogging me mentioned earlier? When Jon Wayne was servicing my AC they would blow out my line from the ac unit and stuff would come out of the kitchen sink and master bathroom. They was supposed to disconnect the ac drain line in my master bathroom sink prior to them doing that. (See pics) Never happened. The result was blowing that rusted ac coil pieces into my bathroom room sink line and ended up clogging my whole system ( had to pay a plumber to clear it out. In all I feel that Jon Wayne took my money, provided poor service, and ended up costing me way more money in the long run. My neighbors and some family members warned me to not use them and told me that they will charge and arm and leg for basic service (I found out that the ac capacitor was $30 on amazon, so I guess they charged me $670 for labor after a 15 min install, lol). I could go on but hopefully, this helps someone out to not get “hosed” by this company. I cancelled my rescue club membership and I asked to receive confirmation. I received a call from them on 5/12/25, confirming that my rescue club membership was cancelled.

Andrew provided phenomenal service and went above and beyond to provide options to remedy my HVAC issue. He also educated me on root causes that led to my issue and corrective measures to take to ensure this issue would be fixed correctly and not a band aid fix that other companies suggested. Highly recommend Jon Wayne for HVAC work and kudos again to Andrew for all his insight and assistance.

Jordan did an amazing job today! He checked everywhere he needed to check both inside and outside. He was very courteous and focused on the job he was doing, making sure that I knew what he was doing each step along the way.
Thank you, Jordan & Jon Wayne, for doing such an awesome job in taking care of your customers, AFTER the sale! -
They did a same day repair call which is so appreciated! The diagnostic person sent out was Maurice. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He spent alot of time making sure we understood our options and explaining the choices and differences to us. The company should be proud to have him representing them. Thank you!

Had to have a new heat pump system installed. We got a couple different quotes and decided to go with Jon Wayne as they made the best offer for all the work we needed done. In addition to the new unit, they replaced all ducts and all vents. Also installed a new thermostat. They completed the entire job in about 10 hours.

Gerardo Flores did a complete assessment of my HVAC and plumbing and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips on how to maintain my HVAC and good plumbing. Great service all around!

Justin arrived and met me in the driveway. He right away said that this repair makes 3 years in a row that he has been here. Justin did a great job diagnosing the problem and repairing the work which he stated was due to the way it was installed. This breakdown for several days caused us to go out and buy several space heaters to warm the house. This unit was bought in November 2023 and jon wayne has had to come out and make repairs numerous times. Still Justin was very courteous and was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed and the house warmed.
Thank you Justin Saldana
I had to go back and up date my review. I got a visit from Adam Seiler Quality control Supervisor this morning. What a stand up guy. We talked awhile and I explained my situation and told him how get all the technicians have been everything they come out but it just always seems to be something. He understood and explained Jon Wayne's policy and then he checked my entire system inside and out upstairs and downstairs and agreed that Justin Saldana had done an excellent job. Now as far as the office staff he said that he would have to go back and review all the telephone calls. Good thing for me Jon Wayne records their calls. I don't know if they made me smile, I guess only time will tell but for now Adam Seiler and Justin Saldana are excellent employees with great customer skills. Thanks -
Quoted $2,000 for a fan motor that costs $400 and takes 8 minutes to install. And if I wanted a new capacitor with it ($30 part) and a 5 minute install. They wanted to charge $385.
Now I'm all about skilled blue collar companies making good money. But there is a difference between charging a fair amount and extortion.
But thank you John Wayne, I've used your company before a number of times. Never again.
Don't bother with the standard managers response. I said my piece.
2/16/26 haha they just had to say something! So I will too. You wanted to charge me $2400 for a service that the tech that was at my house charges $750 for.
Your company is a scam and you are ripping people off. I'm telling you people, hire another company.
