I’ve got nothing but great things to say about Premier Pros. From our very first contact till now, Jacob Moreno, Jorge Cisneros, and Jack (don’t know his last name) have done an outstanding and professional job. Always responsive, polite , and courteous, this team has certainly delivered.

Jacob’s management of and on the job, Jorge’s impressive tiling skills, and Jack always at the ready to fill in the gaps, have made it a wonderful experience. The initial job was to finish out a bath/shower with tile and glass shower installation.

Late Friday afternoon and on an unrelated job, Jacob came out and demonstrated his plumbing skills. Knowing we would be gone next week, Jacob made sure that a leak in the attic was located, repaired, and refinished before he called it a day.

These guys are turnkey. We’ve had a few leaks in this house and most companies will come in, locate the leak, plow through the easiest access point, usually inside the house, fix the leak, and then leave you to figure out the rest. Not Premier Pros! These guys do the job and follow through till your property looks like it did before the incident or at least to where we didn’t have to rush out to cover gaping holes in the ceiling or walls. Never expected the plumber to get all the way to the back of the house via the attic to avoid unnecessary damage to the interior or exterior of the house.

Hats off to Jacob, Jorge, and Jack in a job well done. Premier Pros is lucky to have them!

Premier has helped me through two stressful home repairs this year, and Ruben has been the leader in that. He was straight forward, clear, and looked out for us and our home. I would definitely recommend this company to manage plumbing repairs, including underground leaks.

I had a leaking shower fixture. Premier pros came out the next day and made an assessment. Chris came out and quickly pulled out the faulty piece and quickly went out and got a replacement. He had everything back together and working in short time. I appreciated the communication and professionalism. I will definitely be calling if i have any other plumbing issues. Thanks.

working on our house providing duct and insulation services. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Hospitality is given and received less and less. This morning I called John at Premier Bros. to ask if they would stop by to light the pilot to our new system that was installed recently. We acquired many quotes (a whirlwind) of them and I thought that John had installed the unit. When John arrived I was informed that he/they did not install the unit. I was embarrassed and I apologized. He immediately asked to check the unit in the attic and "turned on the gas" for us. All I can say is hospitality is alive and well! Thank you so much.

Want to acknowledge Ruben Ortega, Chris Bernal and Ken Armstrong for the excellent service. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Even with a few small snags they made calm and I was never stressed nor worried. I just moved into my home and had problems but with this team I felt like family and taken care of. Excellent work.

We’ve had Premier out to our home several times. Had extensive work done which included a plumbing maintenance agreement. It was great to see Jonathan Salazar still with the team. He was the first member from Premier who provided us assistance. He’s always courteous, professional and thorough.

Excellent service by Jonathan and team. I was able to get him into my home in 30 minutes! I requested service to multiple companies on Yelp and Premier was prompt at getting me scheduled. With Jonathan on my side I was able to learn a lot about my new home. He made sure I understood every aspect from water lines to water softeners and my water heater.

We hired Premiere today and were sent out Jonathan Salazar. He was so helpful, informative, and was in and out while servicing our water pressure. Will definitely be coming to premiere for our next plumbing/HVAC needs!

Jonathan Salazar is awesome! He’s been out a few times and each time he is extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable! He always makes sure I understand every little thing that could affect the lifespan of our system and answers all my questions. I’ve had other plumbers here and I only want to work with Premiere they are my go to. Very honest pricing and super flexible.
