Great service, honest workers and very competitive pricing. My AC went out and I solicited bids from 4 different companies. Manuel and Sons bid came in substantially lower than the others, and they were able to perform the full AC replacement next day. It was a no brainer to go with Manuel and Sons and I will recommend them to everyone I can.

Rafael and his partner Guermo came in and did an amazing job! They got the job done fast and were super nice and professional! I would definitely recommend them and the company to anyone who needs AC work done.

Cesar and Carlos were very professional and did a great job installing the new AC unit. Very polite and proper guys . They took their time to make everything was done right and respecting the privacy of our home. They left all areas clean and looking nice.. Enrique was excellent! He does quality work as well as great customer service skills. Our next service call we will request him. He is a tremendious asset to Manuel and Sons! A real keeper. Additionally I was also impressed with others that I dealt with at the company. First class.

A few years ago, I had all the air ducts replaced and insulation added. I was very impressed with the work and cost estimates. So I did not hesitate to call on the company again to replace my central air/heating unit as well as rerouting my freon lines. The team did an exceptional job removing and installing the new system. A thorough testing was performed before leaving. In addition, another walk through was performed by the supervisor to make sure the work was in compliance with company standards. I sought other company bids before making a decision. Manuel & Sons gave me the best price. I highly recommend this company. They are trustworthy, give you a decent honest price, and their work is superior.

I have used Manuel and Sons for several years now to keep maintenance up on my HVAC and they always do a good job. I just had my annual spring check up done to make sure the AC is working properly and Enrique was great. He was friendly, professional, very thorough in checking all areas of the unit and also communicated everything to let me know what he found. I will definitely keep using them and I highly recommend.

Guillermo and his coworker (I forgot his name) were very professional and worked hard to get our AC on. They were understanding of my disabled sons and had no problem navigating what must have been a new situation for them. They took the time to even clean up after themselves.

The technicians brought out some of the most impressive equipment I've ever seen for duct cleaning. With their specialized brushes and powerful vacuum, they really nailed the job. It's clear they put a lot of thought into using top-notch materials.

Raphael and Guillermo did an outstanding job replacing my HVAC system. From the very beginning, they were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step.

The installation itself was seamless—they worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and left the area spotless when they were done. My home is already noticeably more comfortable, and the new system runs quietly and efficiently.

I truly appreciate the quality of their work and their excellent customer service. If you need HVAC replacement, I highly recommend asking for Raphael and Guillermo—you won’t be disappointed! They were quick!

Do not recommend for HVAC. Our property management company had them install a new a/c unit in March 2025 and we’ve had to have them return 3 more times since then due it not working properly. Their last visit cost me an additional $800 because they didn’t bother looking at the drain when they installed everything and now it’s clogged. Appears they do the bare minimum and then keep coming back and charging more. Good business model for them, not so much for the homeowner.

I worked for many years in the real estate industry for a large brokerage and I had my pic of vendors for a variety of services, including AC. I worked with Manuel’s AC both from a professional standpoint and as a client. From all those years ago until now, I knew that when I called them their staff would not only be friendly but would get the job done reliably. I’ve never been disappointed, because whenever I called they were there. And ultimately I needed my AC replaced, which we all know is a very expensive thing, their team offered every kindness and service towards a smooth, affordable repair/replacement. I could name names here on highlighting 1:1 interactions - Frank, Juan, Ben and even Manuel - But honestly they are all great and I would recommend them to anybody. Actually I have already recommended them to my friends …and I’m not disappointed, they take care of my friends the way I would take care of my friends.

Edit: 3 years and 1 new house later I still trust Manuel’s team. i’m gonna share some before and after pictures of them completely replacing the ductwork in the house and their team was not only able to replace everything in great condition but also uncovered a problem that the property inspector missed, which was costing me money but they were able to include that as part of their project. as you can see some of it was ripped and torn and they were able to install everything brand new, that corrected circulation, ventilation and integrity of ductwork system.

AWESOME experience with these guys. Rafael and Guillermo went out of their way to come to my house when my heater went out at night during a cold snap. They were so knowledgeable and got my house back to warm in under an hour. Nicest guys ever to top it off. Can’t recommend them enough. 11/10

Have a 2nd story condo that needed new lineset for a new HVAC. Manuel & Sons did a superb job running it from the attic, alongside the exterior wall, then connected to my new condenser.

They installed a new plenum in the attic and ran new duct work.

The condo now blows air so cold that I keep it higher than I used to.

Pricing was very fair (I had an HVAC friend verify his prices and said it was in line what he would charge)
