These guys are great! They cleaned my air ducts and installed uv light for a great price. This is my 2nd time using them... this time for another house. Highly recommend them!

We had a terrible mold problem due to a leak. Asaf’s professional, knowledgeable and friendly demeanor made this a surprisingly worry free process. In just a couple of hours our problem was solved! The only evidence he had even been in the house (besides the relieving smell of clean air) was that he even re painted around the new vents he replaced. I would recommend his services to anyone!

Wow! I didn’t realize how bad our house needed this, glad we did not wait any longer. Saar was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend getting your air ducts clean with soe if you have an older home.

The people/technician were very kind however I don't feel the really performed an adequate job cleaning my chimney. They were here 30 minutes to clean a chimney (quicky with a vac) that has not been used since house purchase (slightly dusty but needed cleaning). They charged me almost $400. There was a crack in the firebox that they filled in less than a minute. They provided the service cost upfront but they did not perform any extensive cleaning or inspection.
I wish I had done a better job researching chimney sweeping prior to this experience. Based on their reviews maybe their specialty is air ducts and not chimneys. Buyer beware. Do not recommend for chimney cleaning. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

They are nice and responsive, however I do feel I overpaid for the service. It was very basic and they just sprayed some solution into the HVAC unit and we’re done. Additionally, I went into the attic and where they had cut the hole to do the work and installation of UV light, was gapping all around. So TONS of air was leaving our AC unit into the attic before getting pushed through the ducts. I did my best to tape it up, but because of how they cut the hole to do the work, it is very difficult to fix and I worry it will open up again and I’ll be heating/cooling my attic. Very frustrated by the situation.

Eli was great. He explained each step, why it was important, why it was necessary, and how it would contribute to a healthier, better quality of life. He recommended options and discussed each one so that I was able to make an informed decision. He was A++ in all ways and a very nice man too. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable about the conditions impacting ventilation in my home. It took less than 24hrs from the time I made the appointment; to the time my ducts were cleaned and TREATED for mold and mildew. Here’s to less allergies in 2023. Eli was thorough and efficient. He explained everything completely before doing the job and made us comfortable with the service we received.

I called at approximately 10:00 a.m. this morning and by 3:30 p.m. they were here and cleaned the vent very quickly. Very courteous, very responsive, and the price was the cheapest I've ever paid for vent cleaning. 10/10 recommend will book again

It’s wasn’t my first time using their service and as always they didn’t disappoint! The technicians are always friendly and professional and they do a through out cleaning service.
They did an inspection and took pictures inside the unit, so they could explain and
address the issues and their price is always fair.
Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Had SOE Services conduct a cleaning and inspection of our air ducts, HVAC, and chimney. Unfortunately l, the technicians discovered mold in our plenum. He worked with us in treating the mold and setting up UV lights. Was very flexible and gave us a great deal. They also discovered our fireplace was unusable due to multiple cracks and holes. They were able to fix everything and have us satisfied in 2 hours. Great work

Eli was incredible with his service! He was efficient and accommodating and extremely professional and friendly. I will never use another duct cleaning service! He took care of all the mold and sanitized all the air ducts. Thank you Eli!!

SOE services is a company I will never use again or recommend to others. Service consultant Eli came to our house with one purpose, to upsell their services. He brought a large machine that supposedly extracted dirt from all the A/C ducts. How one machine hooked to one duct would do that is something I did not understand. I asked him to show me the dirt extracted at the end of the process but said he could not open the machine for that. DO NOT LET ANYONE EXTACT DIRT FROM YOUR DUCTS UNLESS THEY CAN PROVIDE YOU EVIDENCE THAT THEY DID. Then Eli proceeded to inspect the A/C unit up in the attic. He made a small cut on the unit and filmed the interior with his smartphone. the video showed dark mold inside the unit. After that he tried to sell me all kinds of services to eliminate the problem. I refused to buy any of the services. Frustrated he told me he would do all of the services for the price of the Ultraviolet rays device he would install to kill the mold. The mold seemed pretty real so I hesitantly agreed. After Eli left, I texted him to send a copy pf the video. he never responded to my request. Then I called the office manager, David, to tell him about the request. He said he would contact Eli. I never heard again. from either David or Eli. I think this is a shady business. In retrospect, I made a big mistake not checking this company from the beginning. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND CONTACT AT LEAST TWO OTHER COMPANIES. PS: They claim one year warranty for their service/equipment, but the receipt they emailed you says nothing of it.

Really responsive company with awesome technicians. Saar explained everything he found in an initial cleaning service and I appreciate that he made sure I knew why he was recommending products and services. If I recommend this company to family and friends, it’s because of Saar’s professionalism and service- he’s great!

Saar with SOE Services did a great job, he came in and explained the duct cleaning process. He opened up our A/C unit and showed us how dirty it was and told us how he would clean that out and disinfectant the rest with a fogger. Saar was courteous and knowledgeable, we would definitely use them again.
