Hope this review can save some one thousands!
I had them come to my house for duct cleaning. He went up to attic, coaxed me to get the units sanitized, which i agreed to.

Next day i noticed water running from emergency vents on outside walls. Went upstairs and saw a small hole in water heater part which was spraying water all across.
This destroyed my upstairs room! I regret the moment i decided to hire them. It is gonna cost me at least $15k. They never took any responsibility and keep saying they did not do it, but fact is when they went up it was all clean, next day water was everywhere.

They did an excellent Job, they took care of the mold that I had in my ducts . Technician was super professional and Explain me everything, show me videos and photos. They install Uv Light in my system. I do recommend to hire Soe !!!

David, Eli, and the whole team did a great job explaining me step-by-step everything I needed done to my air ducts, they were actually the most affordable from all four companies I looked into. This included the UV light, it was a lot cheaper than any other companies. Thank you so much SOE Duct, I will totally recommend.

Their drivers are horrible. Can’t drive with common sense. Van 470 pulled out into traffic from a stand still. Had to swerve and lay on the horn and dude just started at me. Then I call the number and no one can take my complaint.

The two-man team with Javier did an excellent job diagnosing our A/C issue and getting us back up and running quickly. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. Great service all around—highly recommend!

I have growth in my air conditioning ducts. Before I had honeycomb come out I had countless other companies come. Other companies came took a quick walk around and just send me an outrageous bill. When honeycomb sent out Aaron and Javi it was a completely different story they were timely, very thorough, while still not taking all day. Aaron taught me things about the growth and the process of getting rid of the growth that brought me a lot of peace of mind. The folks at honeycomb are very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to my friends and family!

A Friend recommended Honeycomb to come Inspect my system due to a loud noise on my outdoor unit, they arrived on time and were professional. They were very helpful on explaining to me what my options were when it came to repairing my system.

Sami and Dorian worked on my AC and found the problem causing me to lose Freon. I was so glad that they came out and did such a great job, explained everything and fixed our AC! So thankful for their help. They did a great job! Highly recommend!

Honeycomb Heating & Cooling are the only ones who took the time to explain everything to me. The others just come out and look around and try to bill me, not these guys. I had Angel and Sergio out to my place to fix a problem with my ductwork. They were able to quickly get the new ducks ran and balance out the system. If mama is not cool at night, nobody’s happy so it is a good thing to get it balanced out. Excellent work. They also installed a dryer vent for me quickly efficiently and cleaned up really well afterwards. Very nice guys.

I had an excellent experience with Angel, Manny, and Omar. They did outstanding work on my furnace, thoroughly cleaned my AC, and installed my Honeycomb thermostat flawlessly. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was running perfectly before they left.
