Booked a visit for 8-10, called at 10:30 and was told they had mechanical trouble and would be here in two hours. Called again at 12:30 and was told they're running late. No one ever called me. Spent four and a half hours waiting on them as opposed to being at work. So unprofessional.

It could not have been easier to have our problem fixed. Our secondary AC drain had begun dripping a fair amount of water, we knew we had a clog somewhere. When I contacted them they were incredibly quick getting to us, kept us informed of arrival time, what they were going to do to fix the clog, and were incredibly kind and professional. I don’t think I’ll use anyone else moving forward.
