Texas Air Masters installed a new unit for us on July 2nd. Very patient, honest and professional people. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

Last month my thermostat started showing error messages. I was able to get an appointment the day I called and Ricardo was the technician dispatched. Ricardo was extremely thorough and patient in his troubleshooting and eventually tracked down two separate problems and successfully repaired them. I am very appreciative of Ricardo's extensive knowledge and skills!

I truly recommend Texas Air Masters. Best service experience ever, from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgable. Prices were very reasonable and the crew was amazing! Got the job done quickly and provided excellent service! I will also use Texas Air Masters!

Very, very happy. Technician Chris came in and worked hard to solve what turned out to be an electrical problem. He fixed the problem and had the system up and running in two hours. He was perfectly professional and kept in constant communication with me. My AC is now back on and I''m totally satisfied with the service.

My central air and heat was not doing so well. Received Texas Air Masters flyer with their winter special for an entire air conditioning and heating replacement so we thought we would take a chance (we knew it had to be done). My unit was over 20 years old and was truly on its last leg. We had replaced the compressor a few years back and had been told at that time the unit really needed to be replaced (among other things was leaking Freon). TAM sent William (technician) to give us an estimate. After checking everything out, William believed that the outside unit was still working well enough to keep. As to the inside, even I could see the inside unit was old, dirty, rusty, corroded, mildewed. Couldn't believe we were breathing in all that yuck. William also noticed that our fan was out of balance which explained why the house shook every time the air conditioner kicked on. For the record, I would have replaced the whole thing if he had said we needed to (that's what I was expecting). So for less than half the price, only the inside unit was replaced. I should mention that our inside unit is located up stairs above the water heater. Even I could see how tough it was to access and remove our unit not to mention getting the new one in. But, they did their job and we got a quieter, better insulated, and more efficient air conditioner and heating unit. A company is only as good as the people they send to you. William was professional, honest, reasonable, and competent. Didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. Its been a few weeks and the heater and air conditioner are working like a charm. Very pleased.

Our A/C went out around 8:30pm on a Saturday night and Texas Air Masters was the only company willing to come out and diagnos the system. Within a couple of hours I had my A/C unit back up and running with out having to take a big hit financially. Tremendous customer service at a low cost!!

My a/c went out last night and didnt know what to do cause my husband is deployed and he is usually the one that handles all the maitnance. I called several a/c companies last night and couldnt get ahold of anybody until I called Texas Air Masters. As a mother of 2 I didnt expect for them to arrive so late, but they did. The Technician (Nesimo) was very professional and polite and explained to me what was wrong with my a/c. He got it up and going in no time and gave me a great deal cause my husband is military. Its good to know that there are great businesses out there like Texas Air Masters. I will definetly recommend them to anyone.

I had Luis Soto service my Ac unit for the fall special tune up (39.00). I had to have a battery replaced on the inside unit. The service was great,professional and very informative. He showed me the amps of my current battery which was running half therefore causing my unit to work extra hard. He was honest and prices are fair. They have had only 1 complaint in 3 years according to BBB. I have no idea what happened to the person who rated them one star on Yelp but maybe you were having a bad day or just being very unreasonable about the situation.

Texas Air Masters and Carlos Ramon did a wonderful job on my AC!! Another company came out and told me I needed a whole new unit. Texas Air Masters came out and fixed my issue and told me I did not need a whole new unit. They saved me a lot of money!!

TAM is an outstanding company that stands by its word to dedicate itself to customer service. I had a new system installed last year and had a problem. Mary the new owner and long time employee was wonderful. She had a crew out the next day to fix the issue with a cost of not one thin dime to me. Ness and Chris did a great job! Next, I have been a customer for 9 years and I find them technically competent and dedicated to the HVAC system in your house. They provide Military and other discounts all the while taking time to explain any HVAC problems. Overall, I highly recommend them. They are a company you can count on. Also, I recommend the U-First protection plan. This plan helps keep your HVAC investment going at a high rate of efficiency. It also includes two tune-ups during the year at only $12 a month! Finally, go with the best and go with Texas Air Masters.

So my ac went out this weekend and I called Texas Air Masters. The lady in the office was great gave me a call when the technician Carlos was in route. Carlos diagnosed the problem fairly quick and was able to take care of the problem. The service was great from the office to the technician. Was able to enjoy the cowboys game comfortably. Would recommend this company.

Great service company, Texas Air Masters did a great job of getting my air conditioning system to stop leaking water. The repair was fast, efficient and very affordable. Also gave me a free service call on a sunday because of my military service.

I called Texas Air Masters in April and spoke to Cassie. I wanted to set up an appt. for an annual spring check up. Cassie was very thorough and asked all the right questions to make sure I was getting what I needed. She was very professional and set up the appt. for a couple of days later. John arrived at my home on time and was very professional in appearance and the way he conducted business. I work and had to take time off of work so I really appreciated he was on time. Other companies I have dealt with weren't as courteous. He went about his business and did a thorough exam of the a/c. All was well. He was at my home for about an hour. I am so happy to have found Texas Air Masters and will have them do all my a/c work and repair from now on. Thank you Texas Air Masters for a job well done.

**Update#2**: Aug 9, 2023. Response to owner comments. Prior to my review its been 1 year with any customer feedback 🤔? Original Sep 2019. Tech & 2 employees may have changed jobs/moved on. If this is a new company or acquired hopefully honesty shows up at the customer's home and not doing unnecessary work. Wish the "NEW" company/name success.

CUSTOMERS: Be Careful! Only posting my experience and want to help people be aware and not spend more these days. Companies need to survive too but not at the expense of their unsuspecting customer.
TIP: Have any AC tech from any company show you what's wrong ie...a capacitor; then DIY with You Tube if you're comfortable and SAFE! I did and was quoted $354 by another company and ordered through Amazon for ~$15. Most common part that goes out on the HVAC. How does a company justify $300 for labor for a part that takes 10 minutes?

**UPDATE**: BUYER BEWARE don't get ripped off! Minus 2🌟 Serviced 1 HVAC with 9lbs freon but was not required as checked by Champion AC. Recommend? NO..way! Too many other companies in San Antonio with integrity.

Annual furnace tuneup performed. Mary and Cassie were very pleasant, quick service and professional on the phone. Made appointment online Tues morning and they had me scheduled for Wednesday. Quick!

Senior Technician John came out and performed both services. At first he informed me it would be extra since its for two units. I assured him this was previously coordinated with Cassie along with my military discount. I was expecting the technician to wear booties throughout. He did not and I didn't request. This was on their web site.

The entire service took about 3 hours. The condenser/compressor unit was rinsed, a few wires checked, blower unit inspected, but the A/C coils inside the home were not washed. It just seems its something the homeowner can do by watching a You Tube video. Keep your money.

Discovered one unit was very low on freon. He didn't charge the normal price. Original bill should have been $59 with military discount but turned into $211.

Big question. Would I recommend...NO! For the level of service I will be doing the next maintenance myself.

Had the unfortunate need to call someone on a Friday after our A/C unit grenaded. Called Texas Air Masters - same day they came out, surveyed the damage, gave us estimates and options on repair - Jon, the technician who arrived, was very friendly and polite. Took the time to show us damage, talk through the repair, teach a little about HVAC overall.
Jon and the other tech who assisted got us up and running same day as service call.
No one is ever pleased to have AC issues, but I was glad to have called these guys.

Let me start off by saying thank you. Your AC tech, Rico is the man! Not only did he solve my AC problem in one day, he took his time and explained what was going on during the process. That kind of customer service is the reason why I will continue to recommend your company. Texas Air Masters? You're darn right they are.

The people at Texas Airmasters are what make it great. Two years ago, we had them install a whole house system in our hundred year old bungalow while we were living in it. This is a big messy job that involves a lot of details and coordination. They organized updating of the electrical panel, install of all new duct system, attic insulation, purchase & install of new air handling equipment and city permitting. All while their home office was going through some major management changes due to a family crisis. Like all big home remodeling projects, this one was not without its hiccups. The people at Texas Airmasters handled each item with grace and courtesy. They went out of their way to show us that our job was important to them even when they were having inside hurdles to cross. Last summer we decided we wanted to expand our system to accommodate an addition to our house. Texas Airmasters was on the spot! We love our new air handling system. It works beautifully keeping our home clean and comfortable. We do continue to stay connected with Texas Airmasters by subscribing to their warranty program. Their twice a year visits keep us confident in the quality of our investment. I called late last night (9pm) that my AC unit wasn't working. My call was answered quickly and professionally. They had a technician out at my home by 9am the next morning (well within the time window estimate of 8-10am). Rico fixed my AC unit quickly (paid and out the door by 10:30am) - and in this time of a pandemic he (and I) wore a mask the whole time. He also wore boot covers to protect my floors. He was friendly, educational, and professional. This is the second time we've had them out to repair our machine in the last year and a half (older unit) and we're consistently pleased with the prices, but even more importantly, with the service. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation.

My AC broke on a Sunday and Texas Air Masters showed up within a few hours and took care of my problem. Technician Rico was so professional and helpful and had my unit running in no time. I will definitely recommend Texas Air Masters to all my friends and family.

I truly recommend Texas Air Masters for your air condition services. Their technicians were very professional and polite, were on time, and answered all my questions I had. I must say, I even learned some stuff about my air condition thanks to the technicians. There is no doubt I will be calling them again for my next service on my AC.

This company is the best. Impeccably honest, and they take care of business fast. I appreciated their same day fix of my system that had been down for over 4 days.
