My family have improved so much from allergy issues and just little colds here and there that they were getting to almost no issues since this system was installed. Airtime, represented by Michael did an amazing job. My insurance gave him the order in the afternoon. He came by a couple hours later, keeping me continuously informed, checked the unit, diagnosed the issue with my AC, contacted the insurance, got the authorization for repair, repaired the unit and left, all in less than 45 minutes. We now have a working AC! Wow!!

If we could give Michael 10 stars we would!! The perfect storm happened and our entire system went out a few days before Christmas. We called Michael to come and give us a quote and he was there within an hour. He gave us three options for total replacement with three different price points! He explained everything thoroughly and told us what would be best for our house based what he saw our needs were! They showed up the next morning to install right at the time he said they would be there. All this just two days before Christmas!! The communication from Michael was impeccable. The customer service and professionalism is top notch! We even chose to have him install a whole house air filtration system because of my terrible allergies. His pricing for everything was amazing! We will also be purchasing the 2 time per year maintenance package! I literally can not recommend Michael and Air Time enough. Completely transparent and honest company. Professionalism, Integrity, Quality, Pride are words that come to mind. Spent $600 on our old unit getting it ready for the coming season only to have it quit working. Michael lives in the neighborhood so I gave him a call. He came by and immediately diagnosed our problem with our 15 year old system. Nothing could be done with it so we discussed opportunities with our old system and problems we've had for years with air flow that no one else could resolve. Michael came up with a plan, quoted a price for a full install of the inside and outside unit. The quote included ductwork and a top of the line air purification system. Our old system quit on a Thursday, we left town on vacation Friday and Saturday it was installed. We returned home 10 days later to an updated home with a fantastic system. Michael kept me updated with pictures of work in progress. His team worked clean as noted from the pictures using tarps and picking up after themselves.
